Tried to order from a coupon that they advertised with a code manager told me their new system doesn’t recognize the coupon . Well they should still honor it because it doesn’t expire till 9/30/2023. Not happy love the pizza nit the service.

I have had Marco’s Pizza delivery a couple of times and was very pleased with the prompt delivery and delicious food. I recently decided to stop in and grab a pizza to go. The people behind the counter are friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean and bright – I appreciated that there was a place to sit down and wait (some pizza places apparently never expect anybody to come inside and people end up leaning against the wall!).

Marcos is extremely consistent with their product. Always hot, fresh, and tasty. Pick up orders are ready in around 10 minutes and delivery is reasonable as well. Not to mention, the price is super reasonable. Very satisfied customer.

Marco’s saves the day! Here’s my current review from a competitor that they easily beat, I wouldn’t even say Marco’s needs to compete: I placed an order at 1:30pm MST at the Roy, UT store. It’s been in quality check since 1:44pm. I called over 10 times, no one an answered. I drove to the store and the lady working said she hasn’t heard the phone ring all day. 3 of this 10 calls were made in the store and I heard the phone ring. The lady didn’t ask for any details of my order, no answers where my order was. I asked for a refund and the lady acted like she didn’t know how to do that. I just resorted to “deliver it when it’s ready”. It’s not 3:10pm MST and no pizza. I’ve again tried to call and no answer. We need an immediate refund and will be declining the pizza when it’s arrived. The past 3 times I’ve ordered from this location, it’s arrived over an hour and barely room temp; making me reheat it in my oven. Check the Google reviews on this page and you’ll read this exact same thing. 1-star reviews all over the place. Will impatiently wait for you to reach out to me via phone so I can vocalize my frustration with this location. Something needs to be done. I’ve now orders Marco’s and it’s on its way to me now; quicker than I can even waste my time writing this text review because heaven forbid you have an actual person to answer the phone.

Food is fantastic and that why I will continue to go back. The service is terrible! I order 4 large pizzas and they only gave me 2 small packs of cheese and crushed peppers. I asked them for more saying that I just purchased 4 large pizzas and they said they were not allowed to give more.
