I have never had a problem with Marco’s pizza. The pizza is great. My issue is the order mess up. I ordered buffalo chicken wings but ended up with bbq chicken wings.

Unless you like your $17 pizza to show up uncooked and unetable. Don’t order a thick crust pizza. We waited an hour and when the pizza arrived, it was cooked on the outside, but the dough was uncooked and softer than the cheese on the outside. We called and the person who answered didn’t speak english. Second person, said “do want us to do something?” We replied ” How about not paying $17.00 for a pizza that is unetable!?!” Really?!? How about offering to rush out a replacement?? We decided to ask for a refund so as not to have wait another hour for another possibly uncooked or burnt pizza. We’ve ordered here before and had problems in the past and not said anything. Enough is enough, we’ll spend our money elsewhere.

Pizza was ready in 10 min. as promised and tastes great! Not over or under cooked, very thin crust on the cauliflower gluten-free option, but that’s to be expected. Tastes like “real” pizza to me. No cardboard-tasting pizza here. I will definitely be back.
