Second time ordering and pizza is still amazing but it took well over an hour for delivery. Once it did arrive the sandwich was burnt so badly and hard to even chew. Called and was told a new sandwich would be out to us in a half hour. That was an hour and a half ago and no new sandwich. Hopefully this is not an omen of the future of Marcos in Ammon. I will think twice before ordering again.

Marco’s pizza is straight to the point. The moment you walk in they make sure to help you get your order the way you want it. Hailey, the cash register employee, was friendly, helpful, and fun. We got a medium pizza that hit the spot. The cheese was excellent, but my first bite was most impressed by the sauce. We had a tomato base sauce and it really stuck out with flavor. They gave us a 20 minute wait time for our order but we received it in around 15 minutes. Our order also came with wings. The wings were small and simple, but the quality of the wings was good. Lastly I inquired of their catering and group rates for large purchases. ( I do a lot of events with youth.) The manager was very supportive and spoke of a good rate for large events and parties.

Pizza is tasty, but getting it is ridiculous! I ordered and set a time to be picked up half an hour out and still waited 50 min after the promised time for my order. Other orders were going out after our promised time and even after being told our pizza was in the oven it still took over half an hour more! Don’t put a promised time if you can’t have it ready even close to when you promise it.

Marcos has become my favorite place to get Pizza. Not only is the food great, but it is also reasonably priced. The three times I have been, the service has been impeccable. Those that work there have been so cheerful and pleasant to interact with. So glad Marcos is here!

The pizza tasted fantastic and was ready approximately at the promised time. The young woman who helped me at the counter was friendly. I cannot give 5 stars, however, because they didn’t put any of the crust toppings on that I requested and didn’t give me the garlic sauce cups I asked for. I ordered 3 pizzas and they didn’t get any of the add-ons correct. They were super busy and looked like they may have been under-staffed, so the QA probably suffered because of that. But the pizza toppings were correct and, notwithstanding the errors, the food was great.

I’ve had Marcos in other states (TX, UT) and really liked it so when I saw them open up here I was pumped. Their prices actually are too bad. Wish they were a little lower but it’s not too bad. The pizza is really good. The sauce is awesome and so is their thick crust. The boneless wings though we’re kinda lame. Really small pieces so you hardly get anything with the 10 piece and when you pay $7+ for that you feel kinda foolish realizing how bad you got ripped off. But yeah, glad they are here.

The pizza is pretty decent, and I’d take them over dominos, pizza hut or papa John’s as it actually tastes good rather than just okay or mediocre. Not great pizza by any means; blaze was my favorite in that regards.

Ordered for the first time tonight and was overly impressed!!!! Pizza was not oily like the other in town are, breadsticks are addicting! We all ordered something different and not one complaint..i had to use self control to stop eating!!! Will definitely be going back!

Ordered 3 pizzas. One of the pizzas was an XL ham & jalapeño pizza. They gave me a pepperoni & pineapple pizza instead. I attempted to contact them to inform them that it was wrong. Was on hold for OVER 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, they finally picked up, I informed them what happened and their response was “okay we’re a little busy right now. Please call back in 1 hour.” I’m sorry what? What kind of costumer service is this? The pizza is good, but their service is terrible!!

Awful staff who kept throwing tons of people on hold. Food took 45 minutes to come out, and the food was the worst I’ve ever had. The quality of the ingredients was awful and wasn’t even made correctly. I ordered a large BBQ pizza with chicken and red onions. On the receipt, it had “BBQ as sauce,” and it was made with red sauce. Went to come for a refund and had to jump through a bunch of hoops, and the manager was very rude. I would recommend going to any of their competitors (Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Ceasars, Pappa Murphy’s, etc).
