I’m sorry, I hate giving bad reviews but our pizza and cheese bread was so bad we literally threw it in the trash and went to McDonald’s…. yea that bad!!! I think if they’re going to have kids work and do the job… make sure they’re doing it well… they’re not doing it good at all. Terrible! Waste of money!

This location has gone WAY downhill! About a month ago we ordered our pizza and cheesy bread on the website, an hour and a half later still no pizza and no one answered the phone. We went down to the restaurant and the manager said our pizza was out for delivery, he said for our trouble we would not be charged. Well we did get charged and we got the pizza almost an hour after we got home. Well fast forward to tonight, we gave them one more chance. We did our order online at 6:18, was given a delivery time of 6:48. After an hour past delivery time the website still said preparing the pizza. We called and of course there was no answer. Eventually about 8:30 it said the pizza was baking but we never got it. Thankfully we just went somewhere else. I am so done with this place!!

We love this place we enjoy their food but unfortunately they are having issues. Ordered some pizza a few weeks ago it was an hour late. When it finally got there the order was wrong. The delivery person said the manager had walked off the job and it was a mess over there. We understood we hope they get things fixed soon until then we’re going to buy pizza from some place else

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to place an order at the Thornton location on Quebec St on the evening of 8-29-23. They answer and then immediately put you on hold. I stayed on hold for nearly 20 minutes, and then they disconnect you. I called back and then the same thing happened again. This was after I tried to order online and use my 25% off promo coupon. It stated that my coupon was invalid, yet I had just received it via email the same day. This place deserves to go out of business.

This place has been an absolute disaster for the last two years. I placed my order at 3:45 to be delivered at 5:35. Thirty minutes later (at 6:05) no pizza. Called the location, and was on hold for 20 minutes, no answer. Went to the store, girl up front had no clue where my pizza was. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I’d have to wait 30 minutes. At that point I told her to just get me my pizza. While I was waiting the delivery guy walks in and I asked if he had an idea if he had delivered my order. He tells me I have no idea I’ve done like 40 deliveries and I’m about to quit. As I was waiting the phone was ringing off the hook and nobody answered it. I’ll NEVER go back to Marcos again.

I was passing through on a cross country RV trip with my friends and their family. We were pretty exhausted, and looking for a quick dinner. THEO changed the vibe the minute I came in the door. He was friendly, energetic and genuinely seemed to love his job! (So refreshing!!!) He gave suggestions, told me about delicious products I didn’t know about…try the jalapeño ranch he was 100% right!, and maintained a friendly conversation while I waited. I don’t live here, but if I did, I’d come back a million times. Who ever is in charge better do all they can to keep this gem. He was even working with your short staff and being so kind to one of the, I assume, new workers who accidentally messed up a pizza order. He showed her how to redo it correctly and with encouragement. When you think no one is paying attention or appreciating all the little things that make a business run, Theo I just wanted you to know I saw YOU! Great job!

The food is good. Ordered online, and my order was not accurate at all. Here is a copy of the receipt and what I got. Also, I didn’t get the garlic dip either. But I didn’t pay extra, so it’s a wash. I was mostly upset because my wife had to eat our kids since there were toppings on both halfs she didn’t like. Also, I tried to call first to rectify it, and the phone rang over a minute with no one answering

For the love of God please fix your website. Tried this time for 30 minutes to place an order, your app has never worked but I’ve gone around by using the website. Now I can’t place a delivery order, which okay maybe your busy but I wouldn’t know if you have drivers or not since you don’t answer your phone either. I was going to pick up but now your website wants me to push an invisible button agreeing to your terms. Today you lost a sale, it really shouldn’t be this difficult to order a pizza.
