Pretty worried about how lax they are with food safety and health. They delivered us the wrong food and then proceeded to take the food back to deliver to the next people. I’m going to give them an out and hope they chose to discard the meal. Either way, that felt kind of gross and now I’m worried that my delivery could’ve been inside of someone else’s home. We trashed the pizza to play it safe. Can’t say we will order from here again. Guy on the phone was nice, I’ll get ‘em that!

This place is a logistical nightmare. The GM was actively telling people they couldn’t take any more orders, they were over an hour behind, & that he had no idea how to solve the problem. The prep line was a mess which increased wait time because no one had direction. I finally got my pizza & most of the cheese wasn’t melted. All in all, I hope it works out here, but there’s better pizza options for the time being.

*Editing since speaking with Jason at Marco’s. Jason was very friendly and receptive of feedback from our visit on Sunday and really listened to make sure he could fix the problem. I just picked up the pizza we received that was wrong, and it was totally different from Sunday. Very timely, staffed well with friendly faces, and fast service. Pizza tasted amazing and you can tell they use fresh ingredients! We will def be coming back- accountable and friendly customer service and great pizza!

I was visiting one of my stores out here in Littleton today and one of my employees suggested this place. I’ve heard of Marcos back home in Indiana from years ago. Definitely not the same anymore. The pizza is extremely bland. I got an XL Deluxe and an XL BBQ pizza. Neither one of them had flavor. Why? If it wasn’t for the 25% off coupon they give you when you first register on their app, I wouldn’t have gotten it.
