We just ordered from Marcos in Broomfield. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and my wife ordered a pizza bowl. Mine did not have extra cheese and hers had virtually no cheese. As a matter of fact, when we opened the bowl. It looked like a couple millimeters tall. It was not worth what they charge for these. The delivery is still fast and it was fresh and hot, but they have gone downhill pretty fast over the last six months. I think I’ll take my business to Blackjack Pizza. At least they don’t try to screw you.

***Update*** as of 4/25- spoke to a new Manager at the store. She was very kind and helpful and has escalated the refund to a district manager to get fixed. Marcos is our favorite delivery spot and I am so bummed to have this experience. Hoping it has just been a lapse, and new management will turn these negative experiences around.

Ordered online for delivery. App said 45 minutes for delivery. An hour later the tracker showed the order was still being prepped. So, I called to get a status update and it rang for 12 minutes before I hung up and drove over. It was still being prepped while I was there (90 minutes later). Was asked if I wanted to keep the tip on the order. No other offer to rectify the horrible customer service. No one answered the phone and the Manger just looked at the phone system and said oh sorry we didn’t answer. Terrible customer service. Still paid full price despite it becoming a pickup order with no communication on their end.

Magnificent pizza had about half the toppings as in your website, your advertisement, shows. I would tell anybody to rethink that pizza because you’re absolutely getting shorted on the toppings. I won’t be back to buy another pizza from your store. I have pictures so you can compare if you’d like. I’m going to say the website picture of a little more than 1/2 of a pizza had more toppings than my whole pizza. So much for enjoying my father’s day pizza.

We have ordered via the Marco’s app at other CO locations with great service. This location didn’t start our order until after we arrived (15 min later), then left the order sitting on the counter after we asked to be notified and checked in 20min later. They then ALSO gave us a large instead of an XL claiming they “put it in the wrong box”.

Will never order from here again. Seems like they hired 2 kids to run the place so my order was a mess. Never seen pizzas made so poorly before. Place was hot and unbearable to stand inside.

I ordered online on 4/15/23 at 6:40 PM. It assigned me order number 966 and said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at 7:25 PM To find 6 other people in the small lobby waiting on orders and complaining about the wait. There were 3 employees; an elderly gentlemen that was cutting and boxing up the occasional pizza, a young red headed girl toiling away at making orders, and a short dark haired woman constantly talking to the others and trying to figure out how backed up they were. After 15 minutes of being ignored, I politely yelled back “Excuse me, can I ask if you have started my order yet?” The very frustrated and overwhelmed woman said “You need to wait. All these other people are a head of you.” A customer that was there before me said “They are short staffed. They said half the staff didn’t show up.” After 30 minutes of waiting the young woman came up and asked for everyone’s name and order number. During this wait, 2 seperate people yelled cancel my order and left and 2 more customers that had been waiting on home delivery for over 2 hours showed up to complain. At 8:05 PM we were all assured our orders were in the oven and would be ready soon. The older male employee then left to go deliver pizzas. I again attempted to inquire on my order status. I was told it would be up soon. At 8:15 PM I was asked what I ordered. I said “Excuse me, you told me my order was almost up. She then informed me they were confused and hadn’t made it yet. I demanded a refund. The youngdark haired woman rudely refunded my money and offered to make my order for free. I declined based on the fact she was touching food, the register, money, and cooked food with her bare hands and not washing them between transactions. I want to be clear that I am not upset with the employees, but rather the owner and general manager that have failed to train their employees, staff properly, or plan for emergency situations. The poor staff was so overwhelmed and stressed out I am surprised they stayed at work. So many refunds were issued to unhappy customers that I bet you lost money that night.i will never buy from this location again. The owner owes his staff and customers a massive apology for his obvious lack of concern for both.

Ordered online for delivery at work, after some time I get a call saying their delivery driver won’t be in until a couple hours later in the day so we elected to go pick it up. Unfortunately we never thought to ask but the delivery fee was still on the order as well as the tip we had expected the driver to get to bring it to our work.
