I had Marco’s Pizza at a friend’s house once, it was absolutely delicious and I was craving it this day. I placed an order online and saw that if I downloaded the app, and placed an order there I would get 25% off. So I did. The pizza arrived in a timely manner and was still hot! When I opened my door I saw there were 2 pizzas, , automatically thought- oh no they must have messed up because I ordered 1 pizza not 2. Hmm. Opened the pizza, the front of one said REMAKE. I ordered the thin crust. I believe they accidentally made pizza on regular or thick crust and brought me both the pizzas!! Never happens!! Now that’s what I call good customer service. My hubby had the reg crust pizza for dinner, and I got my thin crust Philly Cheeseteak Pizza like I wanted! Worked out great. And this pizza is the bomb! We will definitely be ordering from them again; thanks all at Marco’s Pizza, Leander Tx!

I decided to order pizza for my family, Jonathan was a great help telling me the menu. The pizza was delicious and I left him a customer review from the receipt. I hope they told him great job, he was a very nice teen kid. They need more employees like this. The girl supervisor is sarcastic to her employees when I’ve heard her speaking to them. That’s unprofessional and unacceptable. They should work as a team. Overall great pizza. Great teens working there.

If you enjoy wasting your time this is the place! Twice pickup orders have been late by over 30 min. Management might want to learn how to staff especially with the margins of > $20 per pizza.

We ordered Pizza tonight. Told it was going to be here at a certain time, it’s 30 minutes late. When we called the store when it was 10 minutes late, they told me it was going out the door as we spokeC it’s now 20 minutes later and we still don’t have our food. We live 5 minutes away.

App would not recognize the address that popped up when i started typing it. Was using a 20% off coupon in the app. Called the store after multiple attempts to use the app. Manager made no offer of any discount or anything to address the issue. Basically was told sorry the app wont work for you to order and use the coupon we provided in it. Just order with me over the phone for full price. Not much of a manager. I feel it was a bait and switch.

Took a gamble knowing the low rating. The pizza was good, although it took nearly twenty minutes past the pickup time before my pizza was ready. There was plenty of staff working, but perhaps the process wasn’t fully flushed out causing the slowdown, or the website does a poor job of estimating the time, either way it’s frustrating.

Go to place for local pizza. Pepperoni Magnifico is the bomb. Best seasoned crust around. Bread and cheese sticks are great and chicken dippers are nice for the kiddos. Highly recommend!

Food took FOREVER. I saw the manager drop one of our pizza bowls when taking it out of the oven. He didn’t say anything to us, had an employee remake it while our other food “sat.” He & 2 employees just kept stepping over the dropped bowl until another employee came back from a delivery & cleaned it up. VERY unsanitary! The food that sat was dried put by the time the re-made bowl was ready. We were only on break from a dance competition at Leander High School, so we didn’t have time to wait for majority of our meal to be re-made again.
