First time here. I walked in and ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico Pizza, All Meat Pizza and CheesyBread. Both pizzas were good. CheesyBread I would of like to see it sliced and Dipping sauce in larger quantities. CheesyBread was tasty.

To the pr!ck who was screaming at the cashier, I hate you and you deserve nothing good in your life. I love this Marco’s location, especially as a Favor driver who works in collaboration with this restaurant and others like it. The folks here are always on their game and the fellow I see so often at the counter is a delight, he always lights up my day.

Ordered pizzas to our hotel room tonight. We are visiting from Houston. We usually order Dominos at home but tonight made us huge Marcos fans. Needless to say, no more Dominos if our Houston location has the customer service and great pizzas that this location has. They were so kind and had great customer service. The order came quickly and was hot and flavorful. My husband and I would give more than 5 stars if possible. We spoke to Rod(maybe Rob or Ron- it was loud in our room so please forgive us for spelling it incorrectly). Give him a raise!

Horrible location, horrible service, ALWAYS! Any time I order from this location they either mess up my order or take so freaking long to even make a pizza. Order at 6:32, 2 medium pizzas. Says itll take 18 minutes so done at 6:50. I pull up minutes after I order but I wait a few before I walk in. When I asked about my pizza the guy tells me it’s in the oven fixing to come out, but then I see him literally walk over to an order that looks exactly like mine. Whatever I wait for the order im told is mine. When it comes out, guess what? It’s not mine. Well its now after 6:50 and the whole time tons have people have come and gone. I finally pay for my pizza at 7:20. No sorry for the wait, no courtesy what so ever. Oh and I was even kind enough to tell them they have a WHOLE line of ants running through the restaurant without customers in there, but I’m still treated like this? Ugh. Distasteful. Do better.

We came to visit College Station for Santa’s Wonderland and Marcos was next to our hotel. Glad we decided to try. The pizza, calzone, and staff were excellent. Plus the restaurant was very clean as we dined in. From the counter the kitchen looked very clean as well. Next time we visit from San Antonio we DEFINITELY will come back.

Ordered a pizza online and over an hour later no pizza. Called the store and the manager was super rude and said it would be another 45 minutes before the driver got back to the store. I understand being short staffed but I do not understand the rude manager or the I could care less attitude that he gave me. Save your money and your time…. Order pizza somewhere else.

Marco’s pizza offers a Full Moon special on specific dates of the month. I used to call in an order and asked for the Full moon special with no problem. However, today July 3rd which is the Full Moon special deal but when I called in an order, the associate told me the Full Moon special is not valid for a phone order and told me to order online. When I ordered online and entered the special code for the Full Moon deal, it gave me error code saying there’s problem with the Full Moon 50% and I should call the store for further question. So I called back and the associate didn’t want to help. I feel like this is getting nowhere and going around in circle. I ended up not ordering from Marco’s anymore because I feel like they don’t stand true to their promotion and not consistent in their service.
