This is one of the best pizza places I’ve ever tried. I recently had the pleasure of trying their pepperoni, deluxe, and Hawaiian pizzas, and I can say without a doubt that each one was absolutely delicious.

Believe it or not. This is the first time I ever had Marco’s at all. My girl brought us take out. Pretty good pizza. Fresh Ingredients, Taste Great. Wouldn’t mind trying them again sometime soon.

I walked into this location and asked the cashier to give me a minute to look over the menu. When I was ready to order I let him know and he told me to give him a minute because he had to finish drawing a picture first. I thought I didn’t hear him correctly so I leaned over the counter to look at what he was doing and he was literally just doodling on the back of a random receipt. He eventually took my order after he finished his drawing then had to swipe my card multiple times. While doing so I asked if it was a problem with my card or his system and he continued to ignore my question. He ended up giving me back my card and I walked out. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Marco’s Pizza before.

Went in to pick up a pizza and it was very noticeable that many employees there were showing signs of being inebriated,many bloodshot eyes and lack of focus. They were many giggling incessantly and I noticed many with droppy/bloodshot eyes.

Ordered online with a 45 delivery time,we live super close by also. Realized it had been over an hour so called to check,the girl said 10 more minutes and I said okay then she just giggled,no explanation on why it was taking so long. Pizza was still good but obviously didn’t feel/taste fresh and was kind of soggy. I understand a business being busy but maybe say that if someone calls checking on their food. We would have gone to pick it up if we knew 45 minutes would turn into an hour and 40 minutes.

Worst Marco’s around. I walked in at the time my pizza was to be ready for pickup, and I found nothing going on in the kitchen, no pics on the oven. When I asked where my pizza was, the employee just looked at me dumbfounded. That’s when he saw my order and started making my pizza. I’ve had other bad experiences, but this is the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Never again from this location. Good food, bad service.

BAIT AND SWITCH!! Received email offering 30% off all menu items. Website offers large, all meat pizza for approximately $18. Went to this store and was told large all meat pizza was approximately $20, and 30% off was only for on line orders. Went to D’s and got my pizza. There’s 5 other pizza places close to this sorry excuse for a business . .don’t need them.
