Usually very satisfied with them, however tonight was a bad experience. Ordered our pizzas 2 hours ahead of when they needed to be delivered. When they were 15 minutes late and the app still showed they were being made I called for an update and was told the driver just left with our order. 30 minutes later still no pizza so my wife called back and again was told pizza was out and should be there within 10 minutes. Finally had to call and cancel the order after another 30 minutes went by as we weren’t sure it was ever going to show up after being told it was almost there twice. Needless to say my little one had a meltdown he wasn’t getting heart pizza. Not a good way to end valentines day.

This location tends to be hit or miss. Lately it’s been more miss. Today I got a pizza with no sauce, just cheese and pepperoni on top of dough… I didn’t order it this way. I gave them plenty of chances but now I’m pretty much done with this place.

Horrible customer service experience. I ordered my pizza in store and asked for it to be well done. My pizza comes out NOT well done and the staff member states she can’t cook the pizza well done because there no room to in the oven but didn’t have the wherewithal to think of this or inform me of this beforehand when I could have just went to another location. Lackluster experience to say the least. Had to bring my pizza home and put it in my own oven to cook it to my liking, disgusted to say the least.

The pizza and sides are great but I will probably not order again from the Westheimer location. In both my orders to date they have forgotten the side and even after calling and being told that a credit will be given, nothing was credited.

Jeremy should value all customers!The other katy locations outside of the delivery zip code area Managers has received the westheimer Pkwys customers, due him and his staffs uncouth behavior. FYI Jeremy is the owner of the Westheimer Pkwy and Franz Rd.Location. I never thought I would see the day a Manager in the Cinco Ranch location would represent the community!
