I have been buying pizza for a few years now and I can confidently say that they have always made the pizza 100% fresh and the pizza has been delicious 100% of the time! I usually buy for my kids, but once time when I bought a meat lovers pizza for myself, it was pure joy- very satisfying! Anyway, I just wanted to take a few moments to express my gratitude that we have a Marco’s Pizza close to our home that gives great service with delicious pizza. Oh and the wings are awesome also!!!

Marco’s has great pizza. At this location the service was friendly and prompt. The only reason why I give this location 4 stars is because I noticed the quality of the pizza was nowhere near the quality of the Dairy Ashford location. Over there, it came out very hot and was rich with toppings and cheese. At this location, the pizza had less toppings and cheese, and was not bubbling hot at all. But was it still good? Yes.

Friendly staff and a spotless Marcos. I was in my car and couldn’t order online so I called this location. The young man who took my call was very helpful and polite ( I didn’t have a menu or the specials to look at). I picked up my pizza and the young man and a young woman were waiting for me (I was rushing to get my son at work). They were pleasant and professional … I will be giving this Marco’s location my business again.

Marcos has lost a long time customer, this isn’t the first time this happens but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was disappointed today . My pizza had no tomato sauce on both of our large pizza all it had was cheese and pepperoni, when I called the store they wanted me to take the pizza back after I asked for a refund.

Awful experience with this location. When the location was contacted to see what they were going to do to correct it they offered nothing. We asked to speak to a head person and they refused to give us anyone to talk to. Poorly served pizza, wrong size and way too long to deliver.

Nothing like 2 yrs ago! Orders are being incorrect each time I’ve ordered lately. If it’s not one thing it’s another with the FM 1464-Richmond location. Management tries to rectify reasons with excuses that doesn’t make sense to me. Im over it completely at this point!

I am usually satisfied with this location but, today I am highly disappointed. I was on the phone for 38 minutes, trying to reach someone at the store, and nobody picked up! I tried to track my pizza, and the tracking information would not update, it remained the same. I spent $50 on this pizza, and I am a loyal customer, and this is how they treat me! I might not ever order from them again.
