I am not a big fan of buffets mainly because I am a glutton and go way beyond what I should. However, the Marco’s Pizza on Sawdust in front of the Walmart has a lunch time buffet that they have been experimenting with Monday’s through Friday’s for $7.99 which includes a drink. So far, the buffet is really small, but they seem to provide more pizza upon request. The manager said that they are still tinkering with the buffet, so I am not sure how they will change it up to add more variety.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was not good at all. And after placing our order, we asked if the employees preparing the pizza could put on gloves and we were told that it is company policy that they do not wear gloves while handling food. We asked because the worker completed the POS (‘point of sale’ which involves the handling of money and touching computer hardware) at the counter, then switched to preparing the food. Needless to say, we were did not have a good experience. One of the employees did, however, put on gloves which was good. We won’t be back.

Need to invest in a backup Internet carrier. Phones and website down. I went to the store after I got gas nearby since I wasn’t getting an answer and was told Internet service was down and they could only take cash. Not having redundancy is not very good business practice.

Service could be better. I tried to order a special over the phone and asked for one of their specials I saw online. The guy was impatient and acted like I was an inconvenience and said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I said, “is this marcos pizza?” which he said yes but didn’t know what I was talking about. After being cut off from talking a couple of times i ended the conversation. After the phone call I was going to order on the marcos website but after thinking about the interaction I had, I chose to go with a local family owned pizza place. To Marcos management, there are other options available to customers. My money will go elsewhere if I feel I’m an inconvenience to your employees. Thanks and good luck.

This is our first time to order from Marco’s and unfortunately it was my idea to do so. The salad was good once I removed a huge amount of banana peppers that we asked to be not added. I ordered The Works pizza and the green peppers were pretty raw and crunchy and the ham had a lot of grizzle in it. Also my pizza was under cooked in the middle. It just wasn’t good. We also ordered a pizza with mushrooms and they looked and tasted like out of the can. Will never return. Yuk.
