Horrible experience. Bought 4 pizzas and a cheesy bread and all were burnt to a crisp except one. Called to get a credit or refund and the manager wouldn’t tell us his name and wouldn’t refund the amount. Absolutely worst pizza and worst customer service ive ever seen.

I order from here regularly. It’s a bit more expensive but the quality is exponentially better in my opinion. They also have really good coupons. There was an issue with my carryout order this last time. I went in to pick up my pizzas and they were coming out of the oven as I arrived. The woman taking out my pizza accidentally dropped the first pizza and it fell all over her hand and arm. I was worried that she might have seriously harmed herself and she still had piping hot sauce all over her extremities. She apologized profusely and said she was fine and asked if she could remake my pizza while I waited. I told her I had to take one home immediately to feed my husband before he left for work but that I could come back to get the remade Pizza. She offered to remake both of the pizzas and by the time I had returned they were both finished and ready to go. I am still very concerned that the woman may have burned herself more than she let on but I’m very impressed with the professionalism and customer service she displayed. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

The first time I ordered Marco’s it was magnificent! Since then it’s been a terrible experience! None of my pizzas are made correctly and their burnt! So tonight my daughter went against her better judgment and order from you guys again! A large pepperoni pizza. How can that get messed up right?! Wrong! There was no pepperonis on the pizza and the pizza wasn’t even cut! This is just terrible! If I could’ve ranked you zero stars I would have!
