I really don’t know why it seems Marcos has gone downhill.

It’s a small shop but the food is absolutely amazing. It’s perfectly Greasy and warm and the crust is to die for. The sausage has great flavor, we love the supreme. I have been getting Marcos since 2017 and I was in college, it’s comfort food made timely and served by friendly faces. Beats all the big corporate competitors hands down.

This was my first time trying. The cauliflower crust was good, but small. The large thin was ok. Crust was browner than normal, which gave the crunch. But, also gave off a rather bland taste and like cardboard. Sauce was good. Just wish it had some seasoning or something to make it pop. Just an overall bland tasting pizza. I will try again, maybe just an off day.

We are from WTX and always see the Marco’s commercial so we were excited and stopped in! It did not disappoint! The pizza bowl was delicious and enjoyed the options available.

Me and my huge family all love Marco’s and usually only order from them. I ordered a pretty big order days in advanced for my husband and son’s birthday party. I called about 1.5 hours early to see if we could possibly get it 30 mins early and we did which was awesome. Pizza arrived and once I opened it all, realized the 2 gluten free were wrong (1 missing and 1 missing all ingredients but the meat). I called and got that handled then came out to everyone eating/saying the pizza was cold. Called back 2-3x and the manager told me that he personally boxed them and they were hot and that’s all he would say and that the cauliflower ones were being redone in the oven. We were also missing a cheese, and all of the dipping sauces. I ended up canceling those after he refused to even explore how the pizzas ended up arriving cold. I had a little under a $200 order. Everyone ate it but I don’t spend that to eat cold pizza then be told it was hot. Will never place an order with them again and sadly, we are a family that eats pizza 1-2x a week.

My family and I order from this location often. They love it here. Last night I ordered a pizza bowl and this is what I was offered. This is actually the remake from the first one because it looked equally bad. The employee that I spoke with was defensive and sarcastic. Poor customer service on his part and this bowl was unacceptable quality.

First time visit and the Deluxe pizza was soo good! Walking in to order we were greeted and given a menu to make our selection easier. The smells of all the pizzas and other foods cooking was amazing, and made our 20 minute wait enjoyable. We are definitely return customers!
