We love the pizza, however, I am somewhat concerned with the delivery. They have made it easy because they save your last order and you can re-order your last delivery but when you don’t receive the full order, and you call and they promise to send it out to you and I trust that they will, no problem. But guess what , you never receive the portion that is missing inspite having paid for it and having tipped the delivery person it really makes me sad . But the pizza is great.

We ordered Marcos to cater our wedding and they did a wonderful job!! It was wonderful being able to trust them to cater our guests, and it was delicious per usual! We always order Marcos when we want pizza for dinner, and it never disappoints. The flavor is wonderful, the service is amazing, and overall is just a great experience whether you deliver, go in person, or have them cater 🙂

The first two times I had Marco’s it was decent, this third time we ordered an XL pizza and they gave us a large pizza and when I called to let them know the manager Andrew could only say that they’re tired and made a mistake. I understand mistakes can be made but there was no type of apology offered, no coupon offered nothing very nonchalant about the situation! And this pizza is doughy like it isn’t even cooked all the way!! Never again!

We order Marcos about 3-4 times a month. We also get cinnamon squares and it didn’t come with icing. I thought no big deal I’ll call and let them know so they could make it right with me. When I called the manager on duty said it never came with icing I told him we get almost every time we get pizza. He stated I’m the manager on duty and I would know if it came with icing. After debating with him to look at the menu or online and even on the phone hold advertising. He still insisted I had no idea what I was talking about. So after 5-6 minutes trying to get what I paid for I was even willing to pick it up bc sometimes people make mistakes. Not him though. So after trying to get what I paid for and trying to explain it always came with the icing. He finally said I was wrong and ifi couldn’t understand what I should call the General Manager. So I called 2 days in a row 1st 8 minutes before they answered and some how got disconnected 2nd tonight 6/14 I let the phone ring 16 minutes before a young girl answered and said the main manager was not there. So besides screwing me over on what I paid for. This company should be ashamed if they don’t have enough employees to even answer the phones very pathetic. Definitely time to switch to a company that values their customers!!!

I’ve always loved Marcos and been a customer of their’s for some time now, but when I place an order and we pick it up, shouldn’t the importance of the customer be top priority? Instead, food was being thrown at each other by a couple of employees. They were young kids which I get it, I was too at one time. But to act like that in a place of business and then proceed to ask if we’re waiting on an order after not given one of our pizzas when we just said we had something missing because of other distractions. We weren’t a top priority when we’ve payed more than enough for the food we love to enjoy.

Below, you can see my old review. After a less than desirable experience I wrote the bad reviews. Within a day I had an email from the managing partner who offered to make it right. I can really appreciate an owner/managing partner taking time to email me. Customer service is alive and well at Marco’s in Moore.

Pizza was good just, the person answered the phone and got the order got everything wrong, sent lg pizza instead of XL, asking not to cut squares and they did, she said be there in 15 minutes and took like 45 minutes, then when we call back to complain put us on hold forever, I guess I have to do doordash next time

I used to love Marcos, but I will not be ordering from there again. Our order took much longer than expected, which usually isn’t a big deal. What I don’t like is finding hair cooked in two of my pizzas. I called the store to let the manager know that she may want to ensure employees have their hair pulled back or in nets. I was unable to speak with her. The employee I spoke with said she was about to leave to make deliveries, and she would call back.
