Update: the manager and regional manager worked to make our order right and brought fresh, hot pizzas to our home and rescued our son’s birthday party just in time. They also comp’d our meal. Despite our frustrations, we’re pleased that Marco’s took care of us.

I am honestly giving up on trying this place again. First time I ever ordered I selected that I did not want red sauce and I wanted their white sauce (not a huge fan of tomato sauce) extra of it. Got my pizza and It had No sauce on it at all. Second order.. same exact thing, no sauce. Third order I finally decided I’ll go with tomato sauce. Pizza was great. Fast forward few months later I ordered again. I did not take off the red sauce, but I also added white sauce and selected Extra. Pick up my pizza.. absolutely No sauce. Bread with toppings. Very disappointed and gave this place few chances before I gave up. Giving 3 stars instead of 1, because crust is amazing, toppings are great. The wings are the best!

I love Marcos. Especially this location. Unfortunately I went to pickup my pizzas last night on Christmas Eve and when I got to the drive thru they had already been picked up…. No pizza for us. It was pretty hectic and one of the only places open at 7pm last night they were pretty slammed. Mistakes happen. We won’t hold it against them. Well be back.

Worst experience ever. Just moved to Mustang. First time ordering. Ordered at 7:17 pm and at 8:22 we still had not received our delivery which by the tracker should have been delivered at 8:06. So I call the store. Sure enough they screwed up and stuck our delivery pizza in carry out. Then proceeded to tell me it would be another 30 mins before it could be delivered after they remade the pizza since it sat there for so long. I said you’re kidding me right another 30 mins? That’s not acceptable. We have waited well over an hour already. At this time it’s now 8:38 pm. I have 3 hungry kids and they can’t wait another 30 mins for food. I said nevermind just issue a refund I’ll come grab a refund ticket and go somewhere else. I definitely won’t do business there. Sad my kids love pizza and I try hard to support local/small businesses but next time I’ll just order Pizza Hut.

Just ordered from here for the first time, my boyfriend and I parked in front of the store before ordering because we weren’t sure where to eat yet. They knew the pizza was for us and brought it outside to us instead of going into the store. 11/10 would recommend. So kind and thoughtful!

The store stays super clean, they are fast with your food and super friendly! They offer cauliflower pizza as well so I love that. Way better then the other pizza joints around here and worth the money. Will not waste my time at any other place.
