We ordered two pizzas. One of them was completely wrong but we didn’t realize it until we got home. I called and the manager was very nice and offered to make us a new one and give us a credit for another one since we had to drive all the way back to get the correct pizza. They also did not include our garlic sauce or side of jalapeños in our order so he said they would add those in. Upon arriving back to get the correct pizza a delivery driver who had just walked in behind me asked if he could help me. I watched him go to get our pizza and when he brought it to me I opened it and there wasn’t any pineapple on it despite it being a Hawaiian. I told him it was fine if they threw some pineapple onto it so that I could just leave. I then watched the delivery driver take my pizza back, reach into the pineapple container, and then throw the pineapple onto my pizza. When the manager asked me if everything was OK I told him what the delivery driver had done to which he told me he was sure the driver had washed his hands as there are two handwashing stations and they’re told to always wash their hands. But I could see him the whole time and he did not wash his hands. I looked at the other gentleman making pizzas and realized no one there wears gloves. I took the pizza and left but I’m just going to throw it away. We won’t be going back. Gloves are a simple way to ensure your customers stay healthy and to give them peace of mind, especially when the workers forget to wash their hands.

Fountain drinks was out of service! And wasn’t told after ordering 7 med drinks! We all drank water same price! Seems they always have trouble with the fountain drinks last couple times we’ve dined in! Also they hardly ever cut the pizza all the way through and I’ve been giving the knife is dull twice for a excuse! Probably should get sharper knifes!!

Really great pizza! Love the thin crust! BUT even better is the staff at this location! The pizza guys there are SUPER sweet and accommodating. They even welcome you last minute late nighters (after 9 pm) with a smile and still a really good pizza. This is so refreshing when so many restaurant people cringe when you walk in within an hour of closing time and then stare you down til you leave seriously.

Called and they picked up, said “Thank you for calling Marco’s, this is Sean, can you please hold?” Before I could answer I was put on hold. I waited on hold for 13 minutes. I figured they forgot me, so I hung up and called again. Same experience, same guy, this time I was hung up on. My daughter went up to place a carry out and was told that they only have one person working. Turns out there are other people there, they just don’t really like the phones. They blame the phone system for hanging up on people, but it isn’t true. She just watched them answer the phone and walk away. I thought it had to be kids, but apparently, it is grown people playing games at work. Marco’s needs a babysitter.
