Nevermind how overpriced the pizza is, they don’t even get the most basic things right. Wrong business hours online. They charged my card and immediately canceled my order. The website showed that I was within their hours of operation, but it seems that was inaccurate. Pizza tastes fine, just not an option later in the evening.

I stopped by here a few days ago and got a small supreme pizza. The service was quite good and fast. I’ve had their pizza before and I still say it’s one of the best pizzas in the LR/NLR area. I kinda wish they would use fresh mushrooms but that’s just a minor quibble.

The store hours are not what is posted online and their website allows you to place an order even if they aren’t open. This is horrible practice. I now have to wait for a refund on almost 100 dollars worth of pizza. It seems extremely careless to the customer. I won’t be ordering there again.

Once again, you posted Friday closing at midnight and I arrived at 10:45 PM…closed. Staff said the manager was aware of the incorrect information and it was being corrected. Marco’s has been our favorite, go to place. However, this is ridiculous. You do not have a committment to your business or your customers if you cannot maintain your own website.

This used to be my favorite pizza place in Maumelle, but they have lost my business. Over the last few months, I’ve paid for pizza that was significantly lower than their previous quality. Here is a pepperoni melt pizza which should be loaded with cheese and pepperoni. Instead, I get this burnt mess. Frozen pizza is better.

I was in the Maumelle store and ordered my pizza..they forgot a topping and the young lady said they would remake it…she was just so apologetic and sweet..it’s employees like this that can turn a bad experience into a good one…..the date is 5/17/23 at 645 pm..you are lucky to have this young lady

I’ve hardly ever written a review, but was so disappointed with my treatment Saturday, thought I would share it. Always been an avid couponer (sorry), and Marco’s has now discontinued this practice. Also was informed in-house that the staff REALLY would prefer not to have to speak with anyone by phone. AND the only way to procure any kind of deal is to order ON-LINE. An offer was given by TEXT $14.99 for large 2-topping plus cheesy bread, but for some unknown reason they dropped it. Text had come in early a.m. on Saturday. Anyway, I attempted to use this offer, no-can-do, so my commitment to a large 2-topping pie cost me right at $20 bucks, though several offers WERE available with the app. These could apparently NOT be offered at the point of checkout, even with the very busy manager present. Just rubbed me the wrong way. Have been a committed customer to this particular store in the chain; now realize how little it meant to KEEP that kind of customer. Discount offers just COULDN’T be given on (my last, by the way) phone orders. Very disappointed !

I would give no stars if I could. Time for online ordering is sending out ready times too early for the in flow of pizzas they are having come in. It’s Fourth of July a lot of places are closed so I understand them being busier then normal. Only 3 people working so I understand getting backed up. 7 people waiting in the front lobby, not one spoken too. I felt so bad for them but at the same time would of liked communication. If I knew I was going to be offered pizzas that were “messed up” I wouldn’t of ordered at all. Then asking me to write my name and Information on a piece of paper along with anyone else’s information on the same paper if I want my money back. That being the first thing said to me after waiting for 20 minutes makes you never want to order again. I left with the money taken out of my account and no food. Also the ceiling where everyone was crowded standing in the front is leaking.

01/07/22. Ordered carry out and got home and order was incorrect. Cheesy bread instead of cheese pizza. Plus if it matters to you. About 7 people working in kitchen. Only 1 with mask . Zero gloves and zero hairnets. I won’t be go back. Enjoy.
