I ordered a pizza from Marco’s (Marrero location). It was suppose to be ready by 5:22 PM. When I arrived, the young lady pretended that she couldn’t find my order. I have her my name twice and phone number. After she received assistance from someone in the back, I had to wait another seven to fifteen minutes before my order was ready. This is the second time this has happened. The staff needs training and they should be aware of the orders being purchased online and in the store.

An updated review, from my last experience. Had to delete the old one, just for this new one. I ordered a pizza and wings…and I have to say. I’m not impressed, the before standards they once held. I just don’t see it. The pizza was lack lustered and full of bubbles. The Buffalo Wings I ordered. Were just wings, no Buffalo. The sauce barely existed, this is a strike in my book. I hope this place pulls it together like 7 months ago. We will see, ill give em 1 more chance. If no changes. I’ll let yall know, keep following for good food and I’ll update on locations. If they make a come back or not!!! If you have any suggestions for food locations. Let me know!!

I ordered 3 pizzas 2 XL meat pizza and 1 small Hawaiian pizza and the cinnamon squares for pick up! Upon picking up my order was ready for me the customer service was really great he offered me napkins paper plates which I did end up needing. The pizzas were fresh still hot and tasted so good. The cinnamon squares were good also but after a while they kind of got a little hard on the edges but once warmed they softened up. Over all I’d give it 9.5/10 just because the cinnamon squares weren’t as fresh

I oder a large supreme pizza for delivery, marcus pizza people assured me that it was coming in 1/2 an hour, the pizza was never delivered. I was starving and I had to purchase and wait for another 1/2 an hour to eat from other place.

Don’t waste your money..This place is waaay too expensive and they don’t put any meat on it. Extra topping is $1.50 on a small size pizza. I pd 18.00 for a small pizza that wasn’t worth the money. I will never order from here again. $42.00 for 2 small pizzas and 6 wings!!

Never again will I be ordering from this Marco’s pizza location. I ordered an Italian Sausage pizza and a salad for my family for a quick dinner. My salad was carelessly placed on top of my pizza, which indeed smashed it. I even tipped the delivery driver politely who seemed to have a dismissive attitude. I called back the location upon opening my pizza. Th person who I spoke with was respectful and immediately suggested that they will re-make my pizza. I did receive a freshly baked pizza, but this was truly unacceptable.
