The food was ready when my friend and I got there. It was hot and delicious, even after taking a little bit longer to get back to his than what would have been originally planned. I can’t count on the atmosphere in the buses since I didn’t enter it. I can say the food prices seemed more than fair with the coupons, especially since I paid for it.

For ten bucks on a large one topping pizza, it was incredible. Very cheesy, tons of pepperoni. They didn’t skimp on anything. I’d definitely order from them again. I ordered and within fifteen minutes it was already ready at the pickup counter.

I used to love Marcos when I lived in Olathe Kansas. This location is terrible. The first time I never received my pizza and they didn’t believe me. Last night my pizza wasn’t even cut right it was cold and I asked for light on the sauce and it was loaded with marinara sauce. My wings were awful. They were very dry and very cold. I would call the store and complain but they won’t believe me.

Too bad the pizza is decent because the deliver service is seriously lacking. Been waiting well over 30 minutes for our order and nobody will answer the phone at the store. Very disappointed!

Pizza wasn’t even made yet at expected time to pickup. There was confusion between cooks, cutter and some sort of manager. They still have the wrong order, 25 mins late. Then they had to make another which took another 20 mins. Pizza wasn’t cooked to order and had too much sauce, breadsticks were soggy and butter leaking out of the double bag. We’ve never had this experience here. We were hungry so we cooked it more ourselves and tossed the breadsticks. Filed a complaint online and their email has errors, no way to reach the person at corporate. Called the store, no manager, just an unhelpful shift leader named Heath who didn’t want to give me any contact info to reach corporate and said to start my complaint again. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to make a complaint. It seems like this store lacks leadership and could use some training on how to treat a customer.

What’s the point of ordering ahead on the Marcos app and showing up at the time THEY said to be here just for them to start it when I get here? Hard when you are on a lunch break. Positive note: pizza bowls are great!

Place my order around 4:30 on the way home I have two girls. 4 months and 4 year old .. hopping pizza would be ready / cinnamon squares also .. 6 people working and my pizza is yet not ready as I stand in the store… I hope my cinna squares are still hot

One of the worst subs I have ever had. I ordered two 6 inch steak and cheese subs with extra topping and a salad which costed me almost 30$ with tax and delivery fees. When I got the subs the paper was wet which was my first warning. The subs both looked like they were thrown together and they really skimping on the extra topping that I payed extra for ( I think I got all of three mushroom halves and a small slice of cheese which i payed for extra and a couple sprinkings of spinach and lettuce) this leads me to the reason im writing this the sopping wet bun It was so wet when I tried to pick it up it fell apart and I ended up having to throw it all on a plate and pick out the meat with a fork . I don’t like giving restaurants hate cause it’s tough but also think if I’m paying almost 30$ for a meal all of it should at least be eatble.
