Very excellent chain pizza! Runs right along with the northeastern style pizzas! Very very good! We were their first sit in customers. They really don’t have a dining room. Just a table. They’re mostly take out, I assume. Many folks came and grabbed food to go. Smelled fantastic I’m there. Excellent pizza, for sure. Not STL style! Thank goodness!

I was headed tonanother establishment to get pizza lunch special and turned on Marco’s Pizza lot. I decided to try them, I had never had their pizza. I asked for the lunch special. The cashier stated she was new and still learning specials. Ok, no problem. She ask for assistance, her coworker said lunch speical ended at 2pm. I said it’s 2:30pm, I’m a new customer can I still have the special. She said NO. Business are forgetting that a new customer can turn into a lifetime customer by going above and beyond. Again I never asked for price, so she could have did some type of special for a fisrt time customer.

Really wanted to try this pizza place, but after reading reviews realize no matter where you go for service in North St Louis County, it’s going to be horrible. We’ve decided to NEVER again patronize any area business. We’re going to do all our business in Edwardsville, Illinois, a 20 minute drive. North County is now so trashed and screwy it’s like living on Mars.

We have been ordering from and having delivery since this location has been in business. Ordered for delivery today, was given a confirmation and delivery number. After 45 minutes, checked to see the status and it said it was waiting for pick up. We called the store and they told us they no longer deliver more than 5 miles away. That’s fine if they need to change the delivery zone, but we should have been notified when we ordered, not after our food sat in the store for 15 minutes plus the time it now took us to go get it and home. Technically, if you take the right route we are within the 5 miles. As much as we like the pizza, we will no longer be patronizing this business.

On 2/2/2023 I ordered a large pizza and wings online for take out. I received the message on my phone that the order was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up the order the pizza was ready, but the wings had not been cooked, and what’s worse they didn’t even acknowledge that wings were on the order. The manager had to make my wings, which caused me to stay at the store for an additional 15 minutes. Also, while there I witnessed employees dancing to loud and vulgar rap music and several of them were idle and not working. The manager seemed to be ok with this behavior because she didn’t do anything to correct it. The store is a disgrace. And I wouldn’t eat anything from that location if it was given to me free of charge. The corporate HQ should shut the Florissant location down.

Got a xl sausage pepperoni mushroom and onion ….they dumped a huge pile of just the vegetables… mounding up in the middle of the pizza.. I can see when something happens accidentally .. but this was no accident..done intentionally for sure! Why ?? … Why would you do that and ruin a perfectly good pizza and waste my money.. This is the road to losing customers and boarding up the windows. Bad employees will sink you!! Was always top notch in the past….hope they turn it around for the rest of there customers .
