Bubbles bigger than the slice of pizza and a small calzone indicating that their dough was not proofed. The calzone was also not cut which was new to us…. Whoever the Manager was on duty did not know how to proof dough or make pizza. I’ve been in pizza for 15 years and have NEVER sent pizza out looking like this. The cinnamon squares literally has holes in it!!! Poor customer service and needs to be replaced…

Fought with app for 15 min to place order, drive immediately to location and doors were locked; cashier looked up and screamed we’re closed. I said I already placed an order and she screamed I cancelled it. Same person in all the other negative reviews. …..she enjoys cancelling orders and calling police dept. hope your franchise goes down in flames while you continue to employ such a toxic individual. Then Marcos pizza has the nerve to add me to their email list…….

We have been ordering from Marco’s lately for delivery. Not only is the pizza and wings amazing but the delivery driver Donald is a gem. He is so polite and kind. We order online and the tracking is so cool to let us know when Donald is on his way.

Called in a delivery order, took 12 mins to order one pepperoni pizza. The person I spoke with sounded drunk or high. Claimed his name was Eric and that he is the manager. Then said he is his first day but still insisted on being the manager. Eventually I was hung up on so I’m not sure if the pizza is coming or not. Also very nervous that I gave that man my card information.

Pizza very good, but cold, this because I waited 15 minutes for it because no one came to the counter to deliver pizza. I would still be waiting but delivery driver saw the pile of U.N. delivered pizza and got then to people who were waiting. A real mess expensive microwave pizza

From Chicago and have fairly high standards. As far as getting a good pizza in Peoria this is definitely one of the better ones even though it’s a chain. My one complaint is both times I’ve ordered they didn’t have all the toppings I wanted. Seems to me they need to get a better handle on their stock.

I ordered a pizza, bread and soda for delivery at 5:35 on Saturday 1/14. The order was taken and even repeated back. I was not given a total which I thought was odd but ok. I was told pizza would be there in 30 min. I waited close to an hour before I called .I spoke to 2 different people and was told my order was not in the system, so no pizza. The person actually was pretty rude.
