We order 1 large pizza. Got home and looked at it and totally wrong pizza. I called back and said they would remake our pizza. After waiting for over 40 minutes we got our pizza a 2nd time and it was still wrong. Since it was late I wasn’t going to wait a 3rd time. They even made me 2 pizzas for the re-order and both were wrong. Hard for me to wrap my head around this.

Very poor customer service. We ordered through a delivery app and our soda was forgotten. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience, they simply said “that’s the delivery places problem, not ours.” They were extremely rude and don’t get me started on the sub par food. Disgustingly greasy pizza and high prices with no apparent justification of that price. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

place is filthy bugs are invited to walk in as are the guests. the kitchen is just begging for other customers to walk right in and make it themselves. and the workers should not be swatting flies while making pizza. also had to wait 20 minutes at 11pm just to get served and another 20 for our food to be finished.

I order pizza every weekend for my treat and ever since this place opened right down the street from me this is my go to. Papa Johns and Domino’s got extremely greedy during the supposed ‘inflation’ excuse so as a result lost all my business ( keep in mind I watch the stock market close and see the profits reported from any consumer based chain ). Keep up the great work and great loyal customer deals!
