We absolutely love Marcos. The pizza is delicious and the service is quick. However, I’ve noticed lately that the customer service is lacking. It’s very hard to get someone on the phone, and when you finally do, it takes them a very long time to help. I spoke to a manager tonight to resolve a mistake on an order and she was very rude. It was a Friday night, to be fair. So maybe that’s why. But I definitely think some revisions to customer service need to be made.

Marco’s used to be one of my favorite places ordering when I lived close by. I was stuck at work and couldn’t leave for lunch to eat some real food so I ordered here. It’s across the street from my job. I wanted to make it quick. Ordering was fine, but to just be a cross the street it shouldn’t take 30 min….the cheese sticks were super fire. But when I opened my small cheese pizza, there was only cheese on the first half of the pizza. I threw it away. They charged me $3 just to go a cross the street…… honestly the delivery drivers customer service was horrible. He walked into my job and said “is this for you!??…

where’s your gloves or at least washing your hands? i mean you were touching phones, credit cards/money and your hair face but no gloves or washing hands?? I’ve been in food service a long time i was always pushed by my managers to wash my hands. i think I’m done with this place

The last two times we have tried to order carryout for Simmons we have been told there are two many orders up front of us so it would not be ready for our lunch hour. Forcing us to go somewhere else. Today we were told that there are a few in front of us again, but it could be ready at 11:10. Keeping in mind we call at 10:35. No one answers the phone before 10:30 so I am unsure where these orders come from. The salad I received today, a chef salad. ordered without onions should have your meat cheese lettuce croutons. croutons being one of the best parts their homemade croutons are amazing meat daily. These were lacking on the salad lacking I mean as none. really debating if I should give them a fourth try again or not.

They have never not delivered to our home it is 15min away. They send us delivery coupons to our home and out of the blue today they said we don’t deliver to your area. Not only will I never eat there again but we order every Sunday at my work that is over to. Try not lying to your customers. Mac’s pizza is 6.6 miles from my home and Marcos are 5.7 and they will come.
