Great food, but I’d like to speak o the gm of this store because I have one of your employees HARRASING me….. Haven’t spoke directly to him much at all except when calling the store, to which I get out on hold and someone else takes my order.. I do not appreciate 2AM text msgs telling me I need to stay away from your buisness because of him or in going to get a PPO on me for harrament…. EXCUSE ME? PLEASE HANDLE THIS….. Horrible service, greasy pizza, Subs are practically all bread. Was promised a credit on 2 separate occasions and never got any sort of credit. Called to complain about my order talked to the manager who was obviously high and wanted me to drive all the way back to the store to prove that the pizza was greasy (I mean It looked like they marinated the pizza in grease) & show them that we didn’t get double meat on our subs. Not good business. Why wouldn’t you have a delivery driver come out and get the food and remake it and give them some sort of discount for the inconvenience. Payed for it online and they tried to get payed again. Finally had enough. Will drive out of town for pizza from now on…

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve came to this store and I’ve been coming for at least 2 years but I find it to be sad that people have consistently complain just trying to get free food or making false claims for instance there’s a review saying the manager Dylan needs to be fired for telling people falsified information I was at the store when this incident occurred and the individual who made the review had came in and started harassing Dylan and the other employees then got mad when Dylan said he needed to leave because he was harassing them also everyone who has marked one star and or said they had the worst service just saying I’ve found pubic hair in my food at other restaurants which is a lot worse than just having greasy food so people need to keep that in mind when they say they’ve had the worst experience because there is alway worse

Dylan was assisting us at the ordering counter we asked him if we could get our salad with the pizza and he said now you get it all together which I thought was very rude and then we had to ask for napkins we had to ask for paper plates to eat in the restaurant table was felt they had to clean it off anyways not a good experience

I ordered and paid online this evening (4/2/22 @ 1030pm) for pizza and breadsticks. When I arrived my husband dropped me off at the door to run in and grab the food we had already paid for. He turned the car around while I was inside and pulled up to pick me back up. The cashier refused to give me our food until my husband had properly parked. I was appalled at the rudeness of this employee. This food was already paid for and he was refusing to hand it over until we had properly parked. I have been coming to Marcos pizza for over three years but it will no longer be at the top of my list after this experience. Absolutely shocked at the rudeness.

Ordered pizza at 530pm it just got here at 905pm. I know you only have 1 driver and it’s snowing buckets but if you knew order’s were running super late then you shouldn’t make pizzas and cheese bread right when someone orders them to only let them sit for 3 and a half hours before delivering. Extremely not satisfied with 50 dollars worth of cold food. I am happy to tip 13 dollars to the delivery girl though, your a rock star and thanks for coming to work.
