My wife used to be in the pizza business and when the female owner has been there and the young lady there yesterday, the pizza has been fantastic. My wife said she could tell this pizza we ordered yesterday was put together by a woman because it was topped perfectly. Marcos in BC is our go to pizza place.

The manager working today made our food. She made it incorrectly. My husband called and she would not take his word for it. She demanded that he drive across town to bring it back so she could see it. He explained that we live far away and asked if he could send in a pic or something. She would not allow that. She was not willing to rectify this unless we drive across town to bring it back. Very poor customer service today. The staff were talking about being night owls and dropping the f-bomb frequently. The menus were not lit up because apparently they have raised their prices and the menus don’t reflect the new prices. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. I’m not sure I got that but whatever. When my husband asked about it, the manager said, “well, I didn’t charge you extra for it anyway.” When we first started going here when they opened, the owner seemed very nice. She was there every-time we came in. Never had an issue. She wasn’t there today and she has apparently hired some staff that may need some better training on customer service and service recovery. Don’t know if we will be back.

Ordered online. Took a bit long to arrive (almost an hour). The looks of the pizza was great. Ingredients and taste was good. Due to delivery delay it wasn’t very warm. I do believe this would have been a solid 5 stars. Will try again in a few weeks, but pick it up. Definitely worth another shot.

I called 8/14/2023 @ 4:30 pm waited on the phone 10 minutes before anyone answered the guy told me he could charge me extra for delivery cause I live on Wagner road i was ok with that then the manager told the cashier on the phone she’s not doing that she doesn’t feel like it and I heard it Dr. and Mrs. Robinson are wonderful people but the manager on shift just caused me to never ever eat from the establishment again!! Until today Marcos was my favorite and cleanest place to eat from. After today I feel You could get better respect and customer service from Burger King

Every time we order here the store is clean and staff is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable and the pizza tastes better then anyplace in town.

I tried to give them a second chance but then I was basically lectured sarcastically after one cashier walked away! about why I left a bad review and that makes me nervous. I don’t think I will be eating my food and I definitely won’t be back so thanks but no thanks Marco! And I will definitely share this with Dr.Robinson

We ordered because we got a free pizza coupon and went in with zero expectations. In all honesty, the pizzas were very good. However, the garlic butter sauce put on our pizza was so extreme that it leaked through the box onto the seat of our car. We will likely order again, but will surely refrain from the garlic crust.
