We ordered online and what we received what just inedible. If I could rate lower I would. Disappointed with the pizza we received tonight. It was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Not a greasy sloppy mess. We have order many pizzas like this from many pizza places and never had one inedible.

I ordered online a 12″ steak sub. I paid for my order of $11. When I happened to look at my bank account the next morning, there was an additional charge from them of $24. I will be taking this up with Marco’s and disputing the charge with my bank. The girl that waited in me seemed like I was bothering/interrupting her. I’m sorry but if you can’t put on a smile when waiting on a customer then you have no business doing customer service work. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. If it wasn’t for the customers, you would not get a paycheck.

I ordered pizza for my family and the one thing the birthday girl wanted was bbq wings. I ordered 3 plain boneless wing orders of 10 and 1 bbq order of 10 (order #351, on 7/28/23) But they sent all plain. They didn’t offer a credit or to bring bbq wings(I really just wanted the bbq wings). Instead they said they could drop off a few sauces. Which is not the same as them making us a new order and shaking it up with the sauce! Now I wouldn’t have been as mad except I just ordered from them 2 days ago and ordered 3 bbq orders and they all came plain (Order #205 on 7/26/23). I let it go because I didn’t want to complain. But after the second time I realized I spent $70+ twice in one week for an incorrect order. The manager James, didn’t seem apologetic at any point in the conversation, he refused to tell me his name, or who was above him and he hung up on me 3 times. I would not recommend going anywhere near this location. I can’t believe I was treated unfairly because they got my order wrong.

Their pizza is fine, but their business is a disappointment. I placed an order, was estimated a half hour to delivery. I called an hour later. The person who picked up the phone was extremely exasperated and short. It was clear they were short staffed, so I kept the call brief, asking if they were running behind, and asked for a general time estimate. They said an hour and a half. At the two hour mark, I called again, and this new person was still better, but still very busy. After checking the system, she found that the store never received my order. Even when I gave her my order number, she was unable to find it in their system. I went to their website to try to find corporate contact or corporate feedback, and every ‘contact us’ link just looped to the ordering page. Clown show amateur hour.

I had a coupon for a xlarge 1 topping for $10.99….i asked for cheese 1 half and pepperoni/sausage on the other half….they messed it up…so they said I could get a credit/ pizza for $10…so when I called to redeem tht I was told that I had to pay for delivery wich I think wasn’t right because I payed for delivery for the first pizza…I feel it all should have been taken care of and it wasn’t gonna even be the size of the pizza that they messed up in the first place
