let me preface this review by saying this is not the first time i’ve done business with a marco’s chain, but my experience with this particular restaurant was abhorrent. their customer service policies apparently were inspired by the schutzstaffel, as i’m still in disbelief at the way i was treated. the moment i walked in the door, i was forcibly attacked with blunt metal objects i can only assume to be baseball bats from all directions. i was then bound, gagged, and dragged into a back alley. at this moment the manager appeared, removed my mouth gag, and placed my teeth around a nearby curb. at this point i lost consciousness, but i was informed in the hospital that my head was stomped in 30-40 times. besides the customer service, the pizza gave me ringworm. i do have to give two stars instead of one back because the cashier was mongolian. thanks a lot marco i’ll see you in hell.

Need to rave about the new Magnifico pizza! Took my first bite, and omg! It was real old school pizza…like pizza I remember from high school! Soft crust, quality (not quantity) cheese, the pepperoni (covered the pizza) and the sauce had so much flavor. Classic!

Every time I have ordered from here I have never waited longer than a 15 minute pick-up time and my order is always correct and always delicious. They are very reasonable priced also and for the good quality, promptness, and consistency…. I highly recommend them!

Love the pizza, bread, and wings! My problem is that I can’t ever seem to get delivery on the days I want pizza. So either I Wai or try to order door dash and then you can’t order extra sauce or use a coupon, so not ideal. When I can get delivery I am very happy!

On a normal day I love this pizza place it has been one of my top 5 choices since we moved in , however they apparently have been hit by the service personal shortage lately as well . Last night we ordered pizza for delivery on their app at 6:38 pm everything seemed fine just waited for our dinner to arrive didn’t really pay attention to time but 7:50 comes along so I check the order tracker on the app it states pickup order was ready at 6:50 pm ?? So confused I called the store to check on my delivery they state on phone they dont have a delivery order for us , they have a pickup order ??? Again confused because when the wife placed the delivery order online and left tip on there it was accepted and charged to our card so not understanding what happened and why our dinner sat there for an hour at this point on they’re heating station why didn’t I get a call saying “hey we got your pizzas sitting here” . But after I called I was put on the line with the manager who tells me oh we’ve had this happen quite a bit the app turns off delivery or kicks it back to pick up status because we’re short delivery driver…..again shouldn’t the customer be made aware for delivery orders if this is the case ? She offered to remake them but then charge us an additional $5.29 for delivery charge and it would be another hour before we got our dinner …she did remake them and it was ready in 15 minutes which I had to drive up to get them I do appreciate that on her part , but I could’ve done without the snippy attitude but in the other hand I get it , people are pains in the butt. I’d still say hit Marcos up if your looking for a good pizza they have one of the best bacons used on pizzas around here
