I love Marcos, they have made a few mistakes on orders, but nothing too big. However this winter I ordered a pizza from them and asked that they knocked when they arrived and placed the pizza on the porch. They did not knock. I wondered where my pizza was for a while. Come to find the neighbors dog devoured it. Haven’t ordered from here since. Bummer too since they’re the only ones that deliver to us. I was just so angry. Please read and relay notes to your drivers. I drive to the Howell one now.

Ordered a meatball sub it was very good and the employees were friendly. Dined in, and had to use the restroom after I ate the food and they explained there is no public restroom you’ll have to go elsewhere. I asked very politely if I could use the restroom again and they said no sir you may not only employees are allowed to use our restroom.

My complaint was that everytime I come in my pizza is just sitting at the end of the oven, un attended to. The manager Caitlyn’s response with a very rude tone of voice was it’s still hot. Great customer service, NOT!!! That’s not how you talk to a customer…I wasn’t even rude about it and that’s the response I get.

There is a big difference here. Great friendly staff, even when very busy. I have never liked a meat lovers pizza or even pepperoni until I had Marco’s pizza in Pinckney. Much better than Howell.
