Usually love getting a pizza sometimes after work, called in around 10:40 and was told they wouldn’t take my order cause they were about to close. Called the Michigan Road location at 10:50 and they gladly took my order. Might have found my new Marcos. I get it, you guys have to clean up, but at that point dont even bother answering the phone or change your close time from 11 to earlier.

Under new management, customer service was now A1, and my food was fresh! Additionally, when I asked for party cut, they remembered to cut it as such. Instead of cutting the regular way and then remembering that I didn’t want regular cuts, so trying to cover up the cut by cutting party style over the regular slicing, thus leaving my pizza mangled. I applaud them!
