Marco’s Pizza is good as a whole I believe. They are not skimpy with cheese like a lot of pizza chains are. Every time I order it is always on point and I highly recommend it.

My family and I have ordered from this location multiple times and have never received poor service! Tonight, I swung by and picked it up rather than having it delivered. The service was amazing! I didn’t catch the counter person’s name, but he was extremely helpful and engaging! Too many other places in Troy have subpar service, but this gentleman was superb!

Order pizza for pick up when got home and open box was really disappointed. Ordered a a 14 inch with pepperoni half sausage with extra cheese. Only 14 pieces of pepperoni and very few pieces of sausage and I dont think there was extra cheese which I paid extra for. Anyway called the store and told them the above and all I got was a sorry about that. REALLY??

Hadn’t ordered in a while, but received a 50% off coupon in the mail. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread at 1030p, as of 1140 I had still not received my order so I called. The person on the phone said they were going to be headed out the door but had one stop before me and would be to me in about 15/20 minutes. All combined that’s about 90+ minutes waiting for a simple order. Kind of crazy if you ask me.

Placed an order for delivery only to end up driving to the store 90+ minutes after the order was placed to pick up said orders. Couldn’t reach store to see why our order was late because phones were turned off. Worst experience ever at a place we normally love to get pizza from. Pretty sure this was the last time going there.
