This marcos location stopped allowing online orders 2 hours before close. When I called to place an order, I was on hold for 8 minutes before being hung up on. Admittedly, I called 45 minutes before close, but was doing pick up. I waited so long between checking the app and calling because I hate talking to people, and wasn’t sure I wanted pizza bad enough to have to talk to someone. Once I decided I did want pizza, they didn’t answer. I called back again in case it was an accident, and still no answer. Very sad, I love your cheesy bread.

Called for pick up, went in to pick up pizza, young guy took my card to pay, went back and proceeded to continue to make pizza without washing his hands. He and the other guy making pizza weren’t even wearing gloves. I asked him if he was going to wash his hands, he said, “ O sorry, but continued to make pizza without gloves & no washed hands. Scared to eat my pizza now. Hopefully the oven killed any germs

My boyfriend and I came at an off time for our first time here.. we were the only ones dining in but staff was extremely attentive and made the experience great! Cheap prices but good quality food that was clearly made fresh. Thanks guys 🙂 we will be back!

Worst experience ever. They manager was very professional but, I came in from out of town. Staying at a local hotel chain. There was no address in the room. I accidentally gave the wrong hotel address. The address that we were at was 6.7 miles away from the store. I paid with a debit card and they wont deliver or refund my money. This is the only MARCO’S that will not refund your money. Do not use a credit or debit card or any elontronic payments. They will not refund any disputes. I will never use this Pizza chain again. That really sucks that a owner has to steal customers money that way.

When this location first opened my husband and I were so excited to try it. It became our favorite pizza place and we generally ordered from here every weekend! We were in love and the family who runs it were so professional, friendly, and offered amazing customer service. It’s no longer that way. We quit ordering from here as the food and the service has gone down and when you call, they just don’t care. They tell you they don’t give credits and you need to drive the pizza all the way back when you’ve ordered delivery for a reason.

We order from this location often and have always enjoyed the pizza. However tonight was a different story. Not that the pizza was bad but the issue is with the website. I tried and tried for an hour to place an order and the website would not take it. Upon calling the store my husband asked to speak to the manager. The person said that they were the manager. When he told her the issue she said, keep trying there isn’t anything I can do about it. Had she offered to give us the online discount and taken our order by phone that would have been great. Instead, my husband ventured out and got Wendy’s !
