Out of ALL the Marcos, this one is it. They always have special deals and offer coupons. If you use their app, you earn reward points to use on future orders. It really does save you money. We had a LG pizza with 2 toppings & cheesy bread for less than $20…can’t beat it. Pizza was well made, hot and ready on time. Bread was cheesy, delicious & baked perfect. I’ve gotten their Brownie before and it’s to die for! It’s super chocolatey with chocolate chips melted on top and is served warm in a little pan. FYI…its big enough for 2 people. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the people I dealt with were nice. I also noticed how clean everything was around the prep areas, so that was a plus. Lots of parking, easy to get in and out. I’d definitely order again at this location.

Updated reviews !!! 10-1-22 Extremely unhappy with my order!!!! Pizza is 1 pizza is undercooked and the other is burnt. I’ve always had cook pizza from marcos i pervious gave them a 5 star review but this pizza was soooo bad that I had to change to a 1 star. When I called to tell them about how bad the pizza was prepared and looked I was told that they don’t us cornmeal this late at night which I do not believe because I have order before that late and I place the order at 1030 pm and they close at 12am midnight. Second or third time eating there I meant for takeout Fantastic Pizza it really is great atmosphere great people the way they put the parmesan topping on there at the end is phenomenal I rate this pizza as the best so far in Akron between them and Danny Boy’s honey bee Pizza it’s a toss up I will be going back again definitely worth it got the pepperoni magnifico for $9.99 and it’s a very good deal

There were two employees, one with piercings and the other was Asian, the Asian lady was rude and didn’t know what she was doing, but the lady with the piercings was kind, helped the other one out and overall provided great service…also worth noting, the Asian lady had a very messy apron, and the one with piercings has some crumbs on it but not nearly as bad…it’s clear who was the better employee, overall though, this location has pretty good service so I’m not complaining, I just thing the lady with the piercings deserves a raise lol

Called into complain last two orders where wrong. Night manager there at night said tough luck you should’ve called earlier even though I’ve got two special needs kids to take care of. On top of it the employees take up all the parking space upfront by the door and leave none for customers. Hung up on me because he didn’t like the tone of my voice. All I want is for the employees to admit they made a mistake and remake my pizzas at time of pickup instead of hiding it and sending me on my way even though they knew it was wrong. Will be tracking down the owner of this franchise and letting he/she know.
