Ordered delivery a few nights ago and the pizza was delicious!!! Haven’t had Marcos in years but the crust and cheese and pepperoni were so tasty. There was even a super yummy cheesy seasoning on top. The delivery man was so nice, as well, and even offered to help bring in some packages that were outside. Will definitely order again!

Wouldn’t say it’s my favorite pizza place, but they’re definitely good. Website gave me issues trying to register an account, but was able to order as a guest with no issues. The wrong pizza was delivered but after calling they acknowledged the mistake and sent my food out immediately, while letting me keep the pizza I didn’t order. The people on the phone were very polite and friendly. The driver was fast and very friendly. Overall, I had a positive experience and will order again.

Tonight was summit Christian school pizza box night. It’s super cool that this marcos pizza partners with schools to raise funds. Also super cool they allow our kids to decorate the box the pizza comes home in. Thank you marcos for doing this.

Super unhappy with this place this evening. Been getting pizza there about every Monday and always call it in at 9:30. Girl on phone was not interested in my order tonight but you could hear everyone goofing off in the background…. This is not the first time either this has happened. I think this franchise owner needs to seriously consider if they want to be in business at this location! It is probably one of the busiest pizza shops in cuyahoga falls but the service is poor and the customer experience has much to me improved. I can not imagine if this place was managed well what it could do!

I picked up meals 2 times. First it was ready to go but watched a guy with no gloves on making a pizza and readjusting his airpods mid pizza making and then brushed his hair aside. 2nd time the guy came out to tell me after checking the screen with his bare hands and taking money from someone else, that my sub would be ready soon. He went back without washing his hand and finished assembling it. Needless to say I threw it away. Nice employees but disgusting with health regulations! Won’t be back ever!

I ordered a sub through door dash pickup. It wont let me customize it with no Italian dressing or onions. I asked them to hold the Italian dressing and onions. One of the girls starting running her mouth about me to other employees. They refused to make it how I asked. I won’t be back.
