Great pizza but Marco’s has failed to fix their online ordering. First off … reset password? Got that done … but once again … big fail when I went to pay. Never had this problem last year. Last time the system would not accept the coupon code and this afternoon the system accepted our 50& off but its not accepting our credit card. Please hire a web master/programmer that knows what they are doing! Imagine how many online orders you are losing!

I purchased two regular all meat Stromboli‘s and asked the girl on the phone to add sausage to them. When I picked them up, the only thing they had was sausage, there was no pepperoni,There was no ham and there was no salami! Also, one of the Stromboli’s had no toppings in three out of the six pieces! I just don’t understand how people take your order, write it down, and screw it up! And think it’s ok to serve you something that not even properly made . I literally handed them back to him and demanded a refund! Thank you for ruining mine and my boyfriends dinner!

If you order a lil late don’t expect to get your food. I’ve ordered twice at about 10pm when they close at 11pm. An my food just never comes. Probably because I’m paying with cash. The manager probably just accepts the order an never sends out a delivery driver so weird.

Ewww older short big lady, with black hair taking cash, credit cards, and placing orders then turned around started making pizza, throwing toppings on the pizza with her bare hands, NO GLOVES ON!!!!! We canceled our order, told them why and got a refund. That is just nasty and that is how people get sick because of disgusting employees like her.

I like their food. But i ordered from door dash app… and they delivered it to the wrong place. I called Marco’s to let them know; and they wanted nothing to do with it. They said Door dash is a third party. I understand, but you are linked to them. If you weren’t, I couldn’t order marcos from door dash. Poor manager experience at this Marcos. Door dash did refund me.
