This used to be my go-to pizza place, but since ownership changed, it’s become simply dreadful. Not only has the quality fallen off a cliff, but they now refuse to honor the prices corporate advertises on the website and in the app. They advertise unlimited large 1-topping carryout pizzas for $8.99, but when you go to check out, the price changes to $9.99. I called to ask what was going on and the very rude owner said I needed to call corporate to complain and that he could set the prices however he pleased. This is not the first time this man has been exceedingly rude and I will never eat there again.

This place use to be our once a week pizza spot and every time our orders were perfect and delicious. Our last 3 times getting delivery the pizza was horrible! Today was our last time ordering here. We got the “big cheese” there was barely any cheese on it, the pizza was waaaay over cooked and ice cold.

I placed an order online for pickup. The time was more than acceptable. I walked in to the employees buzzing around the store completing orders and was surprised to hear a happy “Hi, welcome to Marco’s!” It was much appreciated. The manager took the time to show me the pizza to make sure it was what I had ordered, which it was, and I was on my way home. Definitely enjoyed he friendly service!

This has been my go to for cheap quick pizza for 3 years. I think I will be looking for a new pizza after today though. Delivery guy arrived a full hour after the app said the estimated delivery time was, had me sign and then handed me the wrong food. I told him that wasn’t my order to which he said he didn’t have my food. So without apologizing or anything he went to go get my order which I have already been charged for now. I called the store to tell them the situation and they were not very apologetic they were more defensive about it than anything. When I finally did get my food a full 2 and a half hours after I ordered it the delivery guy still didn’t apologize once. The food is still pretty good but the service is the worst I have ever had. If you are going to get Marcos pick it up yourself.

We loved Marco’s for two and half years, ordering every Friday night. Food was always fantastic, delivery guys great! Until manager Josh. A mistake was made, no biggie, we didn’t get our sauces, tried to correct the mistake, but this manager seemed overwhelmed and under-trained. He was rude, short and unapologetic about their own mistake, refused to deliver what amounted to a $5 dollar mistake. The amount was never corrected or refunded. Since then we have tried Hungry Howie’s and Upper crust in Lakewood and are very pleased!
