You can thank your wonderful manager Antonio for another lost customer. What a rude, unprofessional, classless associate you allow to manage a place that cannot fulfill a delivery within 4 hours. Never had an issue until now, but will never return. By the way, still don’t know if I’m getting my money back or my pizza or neither! Order at your own risk!

Soo i deleted my old review because i no longer felt the way i did before. Their food is good but it’s the service that got annoying. It happened twice when i ordered delivery and 3 times when i ordered pick up. Now i have no issue tipping when i have cash on me but when you take the option to tip from me and just KEEP MY CHANGE that’s a problem. And then to show an attitude when i say something. The workers are the reason i stopped going.

I picked up 2 pizzas (with a few modifications), cheezybread, and Cinnamon bread. All were FANTASTIC! Cooked perfectly, the perfect amount of cheese and sauce, and the toppings were perfect. This is the best experience we have had with a pizza place since Covid and all the lack of staff everywhere! DO NOT hesitate to order from here because of problems in the past because they have 100% changed for the better! Thank you very much to the man working tonight he was polite and like I stated above all our food was beyond excellent!

The food is fine, but we’ve ordered for the last time. We placed our order online to be delivered at a specific time. The order is now 40 minutes late with the status still showing as “preparing your order” and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. I now have to throw something together for a tired, cranky, and hungry kid while I wait around on hold forever for my refund. Don’t waste your time money. There are plenty of other options for pizza.

EDIT: After quite a bit of being constantly closed, they have finally opened back up for business. I have since edited my review to reflect that score. The pizza is back to its great quality minus a few weird things in quality we ran into during their reopening. Some of those included not quite cooked pizza on one occassion and the wrong pizza once. Though i expect such things with a new team of people, the quality is still quite fantastic!

I ALWAYS have a issue when i try to place a order at this restaurant. The first time i placed a order for delivery on the website, I received a call from the store stating they were only fulfilling door dash orders. I thought that was odd, and waited months before attempting to order from here again. On today, i figured lets give it another try. Well, i was let down again! They called me shortly after placing my order on the website and stated their driver caught a flat tire and we would have to pick up our order or cancel. I’m not sure why its so difficult to receive a simple order from this restaurant but i am done trying. The customer service and experience is nonexistent. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience. Management really need to re-evaluate their store practice and staff.

I am so hurt right now. I always order delivery from this Marcos with no issues. I placed our order around 8:30p and was notified about 1 hour for delivery via my confirmation email. Well an hour comes and goes. I have no updates or emails, so I log back in to check my order status to discover its been canceled. Really? My card was charged and no cancelation notification? I am so upset. Here we are with a hungry toddler at almost 10p with no dinner right now.

After being on hold for 20 min I ordered online. They IMMEDIATELY called me and told me it will take an hr and 15 min to deliver. When I said that was okay she told me they close at 9. Pizza would have been here at 8:50. This has happened twice now. I won’t be trying again. Real shame because marcos is my favorite pizza.
