I ordered here yesterday a curbside order. When I got there I waited 17 minutes. Finally I went inside. They said they never received the notification that I sent 2 times. In a note I complained that they always forget the sealed cups of garlic butter sauce. I did receive them this time. The box was saturated. I can only guess this was garlic butter their response to my complaint. Do not go here. You won’t get what you pay for. Curbside? Never had a problem before. So not happy. The chicken club sub was nothing great. Usually it is.

Ordered 3 large pizzas and a cheesybread. The tracker said they were ready at the time promised. I show up and 1 of my pizzas is nowhere to be found. No communication from the staff, just we will let you know when it is ready. Meanwhile they talk and throw my missing pizza in the oven. I’m very forgiving as I work in service industries and have made mistakes. But the staff just completely ignored me standing there for 25 minutes after my pizzas were supposed to be ready while some of them sat there getting cold. I wasn’t expecting anything but a sorry and they couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge the screw up and say that!

The management is trash. Specifically a manager named Alyssa. Called in an order she took the order. Told me the total. Husband Went to pick it up. Told he there was no order placed. I called and they said sorry we are not taking orders because we have no cheese. I could’ve understood if they would’ve called and apologized or explained instead of lying and then was EXTRA rude about the whole situation. Just so unprofessional. It was justuncalled for. Very disappointing and disgusting.

I ordered a med pizza special (2 pizzas and cheese brd) and 2 Italian salads with Italian dressing around 5:20 pm. We waited until 6:50 for our pizza to arrive from our pizza shop 1.7 miles away. When we opened our order our salads and all of our sauces were wrong. This was inconvenient but not a big deal. We called and informed them of the mistake and were assured 2 correct salads and all of our sauces would be sent out immediately…OK cool. It’s now 7:50 and no food??? I call again only to be told they forgot to send it out and for sure it’s coming! Finally 3hours and 5min later our order was delivered and the salads were still wrong and no dressing. Sorry Marco’s, never again!!

Doesn’t deserve one star! Customer service is horrendous! Very disrespectful. Every-time I’ve called them I was hung up on blatantly. It was issues with staff . Hour and half delivery, I will never buy pizza from there. I would recommend Colorado Avenue Marcos for sure better quality experience all around. ️

Ordered three pizzas. Were skimpy on toppings especially one. Had very little cheese as well. So much that half the pizza had huge bubbles where there wasn’t anything on top of the crust. I called and they told me they would credit me for the one pizza. That was good but when I called yesterday to order the girl that answered was taking to someone else in the background and laughing. After a minute she answered and asked what I would like. I told her I wanted to order. She proceeded to tell me they weren’t accepting any more orders. This was at 9 pm. The store closes at 11. I told her it shows they’re open for two more hours online. She laughed more and told me (her exact words) “we’re closing early for some reason”. Very unprofessional and seems to have a terrible attitude. Won’t be ordering from Marcos anymore.

I didnt even get to eat the pizza. Got hung up on twice, fist time I said I wanted to place a delivery order and they hung up, second time it was during the hold message, and when I finally talked to somebody and asked if they were gonna hang up on me they said they put me on hold and could refuse my service if I’d like.

Currently employed by some of the dumbest people. I ordered a medium gluten-free crust with pepperoni & banana peppers. The jackass making pizzas, wearing Oaklee sunglasses, at 8pm, obviously couldn’t read the toppings and made it cheese only. Then his coworker was bright enough to put the toppings in a container to get “warmed up” then slapped on top of the pizza. And they said it would be a 20 minute wait till the pizza was ready for pick up and I had to wait another 20 mins after I arrived

Unprofessional, late deliveries, cold food. I’m done with this place. My Marcos in NC had class. Oh not only did they leave me on hold forever, they forgot to put the phone on actual hold the last time so I had to listen to girls in the background cursing about my late order. Not cool.
