Rude people work there. My order was so late I had to go pick it up. They did not refund me for the $5 tip I gave the driver or the delivery fee. Not to mention when it got home the food was cold and my dressing to my salad was open. When I called about my food the phone girl hung up on me when I asked to change it to pick up. Taking this to the BBB. And will never order here again!

Ordered a pizza with my card, then got a phone call 5 min after saying my card didn’t go through and there card machine is messed up, looked and it did take it off my card and still the worker wanted to charge me again. After aruing with her about it charging my card she said it will be refunded within a few days! So now I’m out a dinner for my family and my money for days! As a mother with little ones living paycheck to paycheck this is absolutely horrible service! It is not the customers problem your machine doesn’t work..sounds like the keener needs to step up and make it right! Will be contacting corporate.

This Marcos has always been good as far as I can remember, over the past 20 years. I don’t live in Vermilion anymore but I do deliver some GrubHub orders out there, outside of that Marcos’ range. Orders are always ready for me when I go there. Knowing the GM from working past job with him, I’m sure that he deserves quite a bit of credit for keeping that place as good as it always has been.
