Staff was very friendly but I did have to wait longer than promised in the app when ordering. Pizza was great, loved it. Unfortunately, the Cinnamon sticks were not good. I had a coupon code for 20% off, but it didn’t work in the app. Otherwise and overall good experience with decent prices.

I’ve ordered from this location for 10 years never had a problem. Until tonight. Ordered our usual order and when it was delivered my pizza was completely missing the pepperoni on it and was under cooked. Called the store and was told I could have a $5 credit for next time for a $15 pizza that isnt edible. No offer to remake it or anything. Can’t even eat it because the dough isn’t cooked all the way and the veggies on it are crunchy. Sad to see this location go down hill and employees not caring about anything but rushing through orders to get out early. Whoever the girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and hung up on me after saving a $5 coupon under my phone number after she looked up my order.

Everytime I’m home in Elyria I order from here, either delivery W.Ridge or pickup on S.Abbe. Called today for delivery and my total was given to my twice each time different. But my order never changed. I understand mistakes cool. Then I’m asked cash or card. I ask are you doing the 6.99 special. She was aware but stated it’s 8.99. So you’re not doing the special. Okay cool again. Then I’m told I’m under the total was delivery. How is that? Is that new? Not ever had this issue before. You’re aren’t have the delivery thrush hold it has to be $11.99 before the delivery fee. Would you like to add something to your order. No! Cancel obviously you don’t need my business. She says I’m sorry have a good evening. Welp that ends that. Won’t do business here again!! I’ll find pizza else where or make it myself.
