I don’t think that I’ve ever had a bad pizza from this place, they always do such an amazing job, once in a great while I won’t get what I ordered online like the crust toppers and what not but it’s hard to complain when this place does such an amazing job 98% of the time, the inside is also very clean, small but nice and the staff are all very kind, when I order pizza in this area this is where I go.

The staff is super friendly and nice , their prices are weird as almost every time I order the same food and it’s a different price every time. Also I will not be ordering from their app as I’ve ordered two separate times from the app and when I get there they get my pizzas wrong and I would have to wait for them to make another one, I don’t see the point of pre-ordering from the app. Their pizzas are great though

Got there at the time it said it would be ready. Went in, wasn’t ready. Waited 15 minutes when I became impatient and asked what was going on. The young girl at the register had quite an attitude when I asked. She stated “I’ll just get my manager”. Come to find out all of our pizza and cheesy bread were sitting there for 20+ minutes and we were waiting on our wings. 25 minutes after estimated time, I walked out with our food.

The app won’t allow me to choose delivery from another unit that is close to my house. The unit the app redirect me is Elyria OH and that place won’t offer the same options and flavors in the menu from other places. The quality itself is about the same, slightly better in the Avon Lake OH unit.

Let’s start with the positive. I’ve been a summer resident in Avon Lake for a little over a year now and Marco’s pizza is a local business that I tried when I occasionally have a craving for pizza. The four three experiences were pretty good. The pizza was ready for pickup when I arrived, it was hot, there was a reasonable density of toppings and it was reasonably priced for what the product was supposed to be. All good!

My order is never right when I order online. The crust is always wrong and wings are never well done like I request it. I only order Marcos at this point to make my kids happy because they like it. It’s usually hot and delivered quickly so it is convenient just not good.
