I ordered to go and when I got there the guy making the pizzas had no gloves on I see him put the cheese and pepperoni on then he wipes his hands on his shirt and touches the counter and then gets out new dough for another pizza making that with his bare hands. I left didn’t even want the pizza anymore. I’m sorry but I feel like these workers should be wearing gloves! We don’t know if their hands are clean! Or how often they’re washing them! Smh! Not going back until they’re using gloves.

I was going to order from here but online said they didn’t deliver to me. I have had this problem once before and had to order from Swanton then back to the Spring Grove store . I’m not sure why. So I ended up ordering from Mike’s Pizza Place that’s even farther from my house and they delivered to me. I guess I won’t be a Marcos customer anymore due to their jurisdiction policies?

I have been coming to this Marco’s for the past 10 years. My kids always get a cheese pizza. I don’t know what was up with the pizza tonight but when I got my pizza, I opened up the box and it was covered in grease on top almost like there was a sauce on top. My two younger kids only eat cheese pizza so I could not feed that pizza to them so I had them remake a new pizza since I was there at the store. When that pizza came out it too had a orange grease film across the whole top almost like a orange sauce it was thick like a sauce I could wipe it up with my finger and it would stick to my finger.but it was orange grease. I don’t know if they have changed the cheese within the last couple weeks or if it’s just the way they were being made tonight , but if it continues to be like this, I probably will not be back and it is sad because it has always been a family favorite

Thank you Marcos for a wonderful sub for my dinner!! They had it ready in 10 minutes from ordering to pick up. Thank you guys for never disappointing. I think everyone at my job orders every week from you guys there is always Marcos in the fridge!

Called to order a pizza 18 minutes before closing time, and they said they are not taking any more orders? Then they said if I walk in there in less than 5 minutes, I can order a pizza? So that would keep them from starting and making my pizza 5 minutes later??? I suppose that the place is not really open until midnight? I was just hungry, and should not have to be lectured by some guy who doesn’t want to do his job, when the place is still open!?!?….

Good food, but really wish they used all fresh ingredients. I hate rubbery canned mushrooms, and fresh aren’t expensive. My wings were a little overcooked too. Overall it is a good location.
