Ordered delivery, received the completely wrong order. Call the store and im put on hold repeatedly for 15 min at a time, and then they just hang up. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Placed order for delivery. Order was 1 hour late, incorrect, and old. have been trying to contact the store and immediately told to hold each time. have been on hold for a total wait time of an hour. The website has no other way of being contacted other than the store phone number. Poor representation of the store.

I ordered a large pizza ($25 w/tip) for delivery and I only live about a mile or so away, usually don’t have a problem, this time it took over an hour to get my cold pizza, 25 minutes longer than expected per the app, with two phone calls to the store with Michael, unsatisfied. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been here multiple times for takeout and dining. They’re AC’s are broken. Their employees are sweating inside very badly. And it is very unhygenic for people who is health conscious, I couldn’t stand for a minute in the store. Employees are very great and friendly. I can give this store five stars, but management is not taken care of their employees and customers.

Love the order tracker but it isn’t accurate, I walked in two minutes early while it still said my pizza was in “prep” and it was done. Also, I’ve had more cheese on a taco than what was on this “cheese” pizza.

This store is the best. The fact that the staff decided to hold a fundraiser for their classmates Ellie was amazing and heroic. To top it off, the owner matched all the donations for her family! Anyone digging them for that hectic night needs to realize they were trying their best and were under a lot of pressure- they wanted it to go right and it went very right. This Marco’s is operated by some very awesome people.

You are not going to find better pizza for the price. I honestly don’t order from many other places anymore. Consistently good and really affordable for the family to eat. Order on-line is quick and easy. Its ready in 20 minutes for pickup. Get the old world pep and customize the crust…so good.
