Had to drive a few miles to get the pizza. Seen some reviews on the internet so I wanted to try it. It was definitely worth the drive! Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I will do it again.

ZERO stars if I could and didn’t even get to the pizza part. Call to order pizza with delivery, told no delivery, 4 miles away? Huh, really. Ok, call back to order carry out and get the happy guy recording offering “ one large specialty and one large two item pizza for 24 bucks”, I’m like perfect, I’ll take it. Girl pops on the phone, tell her I’ll take that special, tells me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Explain to her the guys offer and says she never heard of it. Proceeds to tell just tell me what you want, I said that special. Ask for manager, says she is the manager, and says again tell me what you want. The special!! Says ok , 26 bucks. It’s 24 bucks, your guy just quoted it. Proceeds to hang up on me. Call back, permanently put on hold. So you’re thinking a Karen, no. Three people in my kitchen watching this unfold. I just wanted the special that YOUR store offered. So unfortunately I can’t review the pizza obviously, but the treatment was jaw dropping. Is this where we’re at with employees these days?? Found good pizza and nice service elsewhere, what a joke Marco’s.

Ordered food from this location twice the first time was a very bad experience with food quality and timeliness. This time it was even worse th pizza was excellent but the sandwich was definitely expired meat patty, it was rancid and spoiled and I couldn’t get past the taste and odor after the first bite with fear that I would get food poisoning, I’ve smelt bad meat before and that was exactly what was wrong with that patty! just go to Snappys

This place is FANTASTIC!! Customer service has always been great, the pizza arrives hot every time (by far the hottest freshest pizzas I’ve ever gotten delivered), and is always 100% correct every time. I cant say enough good things about this location and the will continue to get our business. Keep up the great work!!

Ordered thru there app. Signed up for curbside pick up. Let them know I was there for curbside pick up on the app. Sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring out my pizza that said was ready. No one ever came out had to go in a get my pizza and they said the app doesn’t notify them. I was highly irritated.

While the food is good, you’re better off picking your order up instead of having delivered. An hour and 45 mins later after placing my order, it was finally delivered. Driver said she was the only delivery driver. Guess I won’t order on a Friday nite again.

First I call at 11:15 to place my order and was told it would be an hour for delivery. I said okay that was fine. 12:30 comes and goes call back up and speak to JACKIE the rudest manager I have ever dealt with at Marco’s. The guy said you called at 12 and placed your order no sir I didn’t. Then I ask for a refund cause now it’s almost 2 hours after placing order that my order is no where in sight. The delivery driver knocks on my neighbors door screaming my name. I then open my door and asked him why he was screaming and knocking on their door he says mailbox says you live here. No sir it doesn’t. Worst experience at Marcos will NOT be ordering from them anymore period. Unless you want cold food and nasty hateful people talking to you.

Marko’s got our order wrong. We ordered the square pizza with cheese on 1 side and pepperoni on the other. The pizza was round and had pepperoni on 1 side and cheese on the other. And banana peppers all over it. Won’t be ordering from here again. If we hadn’t been hungry , I would have called them about it. At least the subs were right.
