Been going here for a couple years… Yeah can get a little expensive if you don’t use the coupons. Also randomly the service is not good. The other night I ordered well before closing and they had already turned the ovens off, and that has happened another time as well. Also i’ve had a couple of issues with delivery, like randomly being 10-20min late(like today),so I usually just carryout.

On Friday 4/21/23 approximately 6pm I phoned in an order to the venue while shopping in Kroger next door. The woman that answered my call was very nice and considerate. She repeated my order back, advised it wound be $26.42 and would be ready in 10-15 mins. Great and wonderful I felt. (Order was for one large meat lovers with thick crust and cheesee bread.) upon entering the store I provided the young man at the counter my name and verbalized that I was picking up a pizza and cheese bread I had ordered. The young man said the total would be $26.42 (same as I was quoted whenever I submitted it). I handed him 2 $20s waited in my change. He gave me $3.58 back. I said I’m sorry young man , you shorted me $10. He appeared confused so I did the math for him. -bill was said to be$26.32, gave you $40, expect to get $13.58 in return. Again he opened the register and gave me the same $3,58 in change. I asked again and he now says the bill was $36.42 rather than what I was told. I took my items and mived to a table away from everyone. To look. at the menu to look up prices. Found I was not provided a receipt. Went back to counter and explained to another woman what happened and they gave some the receipt. Still short on $10. I showed them the total, kid said I gave him $30 which would justify the receipt yet later Increased the price to accommodate his change issue or wanting to make some side money. To sum it up. Multiple asks to resolve and failed each time. I did finally get the correct change and was able to leave. No apology given to me . I know these kids are young but they need to take ownership of issues and correct them vs having a customer feel as though they get or were getting scammed. Hope it gets better. Unacceptable tonight.

Will no longer buy from here, they mark up there pizzas at expensive price so you can’t use a discount or coupon. For example, I went to pick up my pizza the total was 17.46 dollars without my 20 percent discount. When I provided my work badge 20 percent was supposed to be taken off the price.

I have in the past bragged about this pizza place, and suggested it to everyone! I used to think Papa Johns was the best until I tried this pizza with the cauliflower crust! I have ordered pizza in the past from here have not had any problems like this but my pizza today was dry it did not have the white sauce on it I specifically asked for both pizzas I ordered two one for my mom, one for myself to be cut into squares. They did not do that again ! I asked for extra white sauce on my pizza like I had before and it had nothing but cheese, mushroom and onion! When I called up a gentleman answered manager seem to have not been concerned at all, and said it did have the cream sauce on it. If it did, it was such a small amount I couldn’t even taste it! I asked for extra white sauce! With the pizza delivery it’s not cheap it was $39 for this pizza’s and they were both small! Plus I gave the driver a 4 dollar tip. I cannot continue to do business like this with people that show no concern about my disappointments or appreciation for my business! I’m going back to Papa Johns people that actually appreciate my business. The reaction from the manager on the phone let me know he could care less. I don’t want and I’m not interested in arguing with the manager on the phone. If I say there’s no white sauce there is no white sauce I lifted the cheese up on all of the pieces and all there was is cheese, mushroom and onion I did not see any white sauce.! I’m not after a free pizza. All I want is to get my pizza order, correct the first time ! My mothers pizza was over cooked and dry ! I’ll take my business elsewhere !

This was my first visit. I been wanting to try this place for awhile now. Omg my first bite and I am hooked. It’s exactly as it says, real Italian food. This is how pizza suppose to look and taste. Great job Marco’s my family and I will be back. All kinds of gems in my neighborhood Edit…tried the pizza bowl today and very disappointed by the ratio to the container size. It’s just a layer of toppings no depth to this. Not worth 8 bucks. I thought it would be full like a lasagna smh.

These guys are scammers man, I work for a hospital in the area and we are supposed to get 20 percent off. These guys didn’t include the discount and tried to make it seem like a discount was already applied on a overpriced pizza.
