Usually have a great experience with the snag of the crew working on this occasion. Its been the second time that I get a halfway missing and sloppy looking order with crust toppings missing and toppings almost only on one side of the pizza. All three times I’ve had a bad experience it’s been the exact same staff which lead to my review. Very careless and sloppy to say the least plus beverage was literally room temp and the truth is people order them to have something to drink that’s cold I can pay less for hot drinks. Plainly the staff at this location will be the reason I no longer will order from Marcos and I order pretty often

I ordered 3 pizzas got home and they all were made wrong. So i called back up there and got the most rudest person Amanda on the phone and she told me that she made the all of the right and im not getting a refund after i told her that i was bringing all 3 of them back and hung up in my face. The pizza was so bad that my son literally threw up after eating 1 slice. This will be the last time that I give them my business after spending my money there and getting talked to like an animal over the phone.

I love Marcos but lately the quality is not top tier. the pizza has been extremely greasy. The quality definitely doesnt match the price i was paying it reminds me of cheap greasy version of Hungry Howie’s now i wish corporate see this and stops this catastrophe.

I’m a truck driver stuck at the marathon truck stop out of hrs to drive and nothing close to me to eat I called to get a pizza delivered to me was willing to tip the driver extra to drive 5.5 miles out here. And he would not do it shame on your driver and the manager. With out truckers you guys would not get anything. What a sorry restaurant

There’s some real winners working in this store. It’s 631 eastern time I tried to call Meg in order to go. Someone answered the phone and hung up without saying anything. I waited a few minutes called again. They hung up again without saying anything, I called four more times, same thing every time I won’t be going back to this Marco’s.

So delicious! The white cheesy is to die for! Specials are reasonably priced, and food is ready quickly. The cheese sticks are mediocre, though.

I like their pizza but the amount of toppings is wildly inconsistent. They used to put a nice portion of sausage until recently. I decided to pay for extra sausage and there may be 2-3 extra pieces of sausage. Expressed my concerns with management but they didn’t seem to care and said it was weighed. I’m sorry but I would notice the difference between regular sausage and double sausage.

Placed an order for delivery, my total was $50.34. Cashier automatically asked for a card number, I stated I’d be paying cash. She then tells me policy says anything over $50 has to be paid with card. I know she was just doing her job okay? I work in the food biz too, no stranger. She says ‘Let me get my manager’ and he then rudely proceeds to say the same.
