IMO this is pretty much the best pizza in town! Yes-there are some other restaurants with great pizza but this pizza is fast and convenient ((order with the app and it’s ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes!). And everyone there is super friendly!

Used to love this place-ordered every week or two for several years. It wasn’t always perfect but was consistently good other than perhaps the very rare off day. However the last 5-6 orders over the past several months have all just been awful. It’s like they stretched a small ball of dough into an XL pan, so the middle is too thin and doesn’t rise, doesn’t cook and just ends up a floppy, doughy, greasy, disgusting mess. The toppings are placed unevenly and inconsistently as well. It doesn’t even taste the same. I’m not sure what changed but very disappointed. I also used to get regular survey emails from them seeking feedback but that stopped with their new website and app—which both suck by the way. The old app would track orders but new one doesn’t. Many links on new app/website are broken, such as the “contact us” link to leave feedback—it just directs to the place new order page. So hopefully somebody there will see this and fix things…if not then I fear they won’t be around a lot longer.

This is the 2nd time I Ordered original crust from this particular location and the crust was very thin. The first time i went back inside and they remade the pizza to the original crust which was visibly and obviously much more thicker. The second time I came here and ordered the pizza the same exact way, i received another thin crust. I didn’t have time to turn around so i called and the cashier bradley argued with me. I requested to speak to a manager (nick) who then also argued with me about the state the pizza was in. Instead of apologizing and coming up with a solution these sorry people wanted to go back and forth with me. I will never go back to this location they clearly are unprofessional and have no idea on what they are doing & lack customer service skills. If you hate your job find somewhere else to work guys Smfh

I want to give 0 stars. This is the second time we have been ghosted by Marcos. It’s great pizza but not worth having to cook my family dinner 2 hours after ordering it because no one will answer the phone to let us know what’s going on.

Food is wonderful fresh out of the oven but not really worth a darn after it has cooled off after delivery. For that reason I exclusively dine inside at marcos. Still not able to do that as of 3/20/2023 so I wonder if they will ever open the inside back up. Disappointing considering how good the food is! The worker was kind enough to delete my order & ring it up a different way to give me a cheaper price. What a rockstar. BUT instead of having the chairs flipped onto the tables, they have boxes and papers and garbage stacked high against the windows. A little more organization would be nice but then again I keep coming back & eating it in my car so it can’t be that big of an issue lol

Last 4 times I’ve ordered pizza is has arrived cold. Tonight I ordered pizza after an hour I called they said it was on the way. 30 more minutes later called back to cancel, since it was obviously not coming. No explanation of why it didn’t show up. That location needs new management stat.

First time having Marcos and it was awesome! The crust was perfect, sauce and topping were very good I got a build your own medium for a good price!! I didnt get my Parm or red pepper but hey it happens! Will definitely order again Marcos is waaaay better than Papa John’s/ dominoes. Edit: second order my pizza wasn’t even cut not as great this time cheese wasn’t melted all the way either, definitely not getting the buffalo chicken again
