I used to like this Marcos, but the service has really gone done down hill. I hope the owner sees this message and hopefully makes some changes. The last 2 times we ordered from Marcos, the pizza has been subpar. The picture below is from the last order. The quality is just terrible. Please fix!!

Wow this location has gone downhill. My family decided to eat inside. We ordered and then sat down. We had to listen to gangster rap being blared from in the kitchen and clean our own table. After 45 minutes we went to check on our pizza. Low and behold our pizza had been sitting there for 20 minutes. No apologies just handed us the pizza no plates or anything so we had to eat the pizza using napkins as plates. There were also only 4 tables open as the rest of the tables had the chairs already stacked on them so no one could sit there. We will no be eating here again. I’m only giving 2 stars because the pizza was still good.

We always order from Marco’s and have for At least three years now, but today was an unacceptable and unprofessional encounter with my kids and I! I ordered online and sent in two of my kids to get the order. They walked in and said “we ordered online for (name)” the male “manager” I’m assuming.. asked them to repeat it. As they did. Then proceeded to ask them what pizza was on the order. This manager proceeded to ring in the order as if it were new. And told them the order would be $60. As my children left to come to the car to let me know.. the male said to his other employee “ those 2 middle schoolers just tried to order $60 worth of pizza and gave me a $20.. crazy right?” As they both continue yes to laugh out loud! I then entered the business to clear up the situation myself and the male took about 30 seconds to even acknowledge I was there. The other female employee in the back was biting her nails and eating Burger King while making other peoples pizzas and boxing them up! All in all this is very unprofessional and disgusting. This Marcos has truly lost its way!

Management is inconsistent with where they will and will not deliver to. We live 3.4 miles from the store. Other pizza delivery places like piesanos and papa John’s which are further have no problem delivering to our location. Every time we have a manager who sees our distance and delivers it anyway, not tonight. Don’t waste your time if you live in the Summerlake winter Garden area, they don’t want your service. They want you to order from Uber eats and DoorDash where you are charged more and are unable to personalize your items
