I have ordered here for 10 years every single Friday. Not quite sure what’s happened to the staff they’re completely unprofessional and beyond rude. I will NEVER order at this location again. Manager was cupping his mouth yelling at me to get out as his lovely young staff member was laughing in my face. Customer service has plummeted since last year, I would be embarrassed if I owned a business with this staff.

Just called to order some pizza. As the lady on the phone was assisting me, another lady in the background was complaining about me placing an order even tho it was going to take over an hour. Seeing as my order would be a hugh inconvenience on their part, I left with an expressed displeasure . Might want to consider hiring a more enthusiastic person.

These people couldn’t get a soup sandwich correct!! The North Port store has never gotten my order wrong!! This store has a constant problem with taking an order!! Had been going there for 16 years, but no more for me!!

We’ve been eating there every Friday for the last few months. We got hooked on the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza. We occasionally also get their chocolate brownie, which is also excellent. Most times pizza is ready to pickup in 10-15 minutes. Staff very friendly

Love, Love, LOVE Marco’s Pizza!!! Our Family has a ritual: We literally order Marco’s Pizza EVERY Friday!!! The young crew that run this place are awesome and they do a really good job at keeping the place clean, and sanitary!!! Excellent service!!!! Went there to get a pizza and when I walked out my truck wouldn’t start. My battery jumper wouldn’t work. The manager came out and proceeded to help me get my truck started and he managed his store at the same time! The girl who was working the counter even came out and offered to call her grandfather, who works on cars, to see if he could come out to help! The delivery driver even came over to offer assistance! We did end up getting my truck started. The manager even offered to remake my pizza! I couldn’t ask him for anything else. I got home, the pizza was great and my son was happy. These employees went above and beyond! Good people work here!!! Thank you again for helping me get home after a long day at work!!!!

Ordered a pizza before I left work at 6:35pm at 8pm I called and they said my pizza just came out and would be leaving the store in 5 minutes. 30 mins later I called back and Michelle answered the phone and said my pizza had left the store on a 4 stop delivery. When i told her to cancel my order she relied ok goodbye! So there I was at almost 9pm after working all day making dinner for my family. Thanks Michelle and thanks for nothing Marco’s pizza
