Ordered online for pick up with a cash payment. My order was approximately $80 with intention of a $10 tip for a pick up which is generous I think. I walked in with a $100 bill for payment. The employee was on a call for a phone order, no problem I waited patiently. She asked the name and gave me my total and when I went to pay with my $100 bill she declined my payment due to the size of the bill and directed me to a hand written sign on the counter. I understand if my order was $20 but it was totaling to $90 she proceeded to deny my payment and I proceeded to exit the store. I’m sure the employees are satisfied with eating my canceled order but I don’t think the owner will be.

Went in with 2 free pizzas coupons and 2 free desert coupons. Would not honor because she said 1 per customer. The coupons have no expiration date or limit restrictions. I had to buy another pizza and asked if there were any deals answer was no. Looked on line after ordering and paying and there was a $3 off my pizza – wouldn’t honer it! The pizzas were off the wall good but won’t be going back. BELINDA FORNASH

Extremely unprofessional. This was my favorite pizza place, but now no one answers the phone, and they hang up when you call back. You’re on hold 10+ minutes just to get hung up on. Beyond ridiculous! Don’t recommend it!!!!

Karley is the worst, all the others employees are really nice but this ignorant girl is so rude and disrespectful, we get pizza here 2-3 times a week and never had issues until today, even my kids had something to say, wasted our money in 2 large pizzas

Unfortunately my order was mistake , had no pepperoni on my two pizzas and last time the app said was 2 for 26.00 . But the darn code or something was wrong.. other location.. this one was charged same price – no items .. but in fairness, I gave them 5 stars. Because was my fault, some how the app erased it. Started the order again ??? Hate the apps at times.

The last order I received was a very burnt pizza. When I called I was put on hold by a gentleman and left there for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and spoke to a woman that said it wasn’t her problem. I was a frequent customer but I will never order from them again.

Sweet and tangy sauce, flavorful crust, and top quality cheese make this my new favorite pizza in Lakeland. Working in pizza for many years, I am just a bit picky when it comes to my pies. This place hits all the right notes. Fast and friendly service is an added bonus. I will be coming back to sample the specialty pizzas soon.

Really disappointed in the decline in this location we have been going to this location for over a year and they just recently started shutting the lobby down at 9pm for “cleaning” when they close at 11pm we often arrive at 9:30 after evening church ⛪️ no longer are there smiles and welcomes but what do you wants and frowns.
